Extremely rude worker!!! While ordering at the drive thru I told this worker that I wanted two bar b que and two sweet and sour sauces with my 10 piece chicken nugget combo. She didn’t ask me what size I wanted and automatically charged me for a large order. I also had two orders and she missed an item on the second one and we had to adjust them both at the first window. When I reached the second window I mentioned the two bar b que and sweet and sour sauces so that she wouldn’t forget and she told me that the 10 piece only came with 2 sauces and I had to pay 25 cents for the others. I told her that I asked for the sauces before I paid and she should had charged me then. I then asked her If I could pay the 25 cents with my card and she said that I couldn’t. I kept asking for the sauces and she kept declining. After a few back and forth moments and her giving me the wrong sauce she eventually gave me the sauces. As I drove off she called me a B***h. Extremely poor customer service. I’ve ordered the same thing at this location and never had an issue over sauces from any other worker.
I ordered In the drive thru, my ordered wasn’t repeated for verification, I paid and didn’t get a receipt and then when I got my food I didn’t get all that I ordered and was told I needed to pay for another order or what I already ordered and didn’t, I then was given my full order and got nothing but ATTITUDE. I’m here from Vegas and will NEVER visit this location again. Horrible service
The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, the high chairs weren't clean. And the whole time we were there, i didn't see anyone cleaning off any of the 20 tables that were EMPTY. Just not very sanitary.
This location, always so so busy, both lines ALWAYS backed up to the street. The line goes pretty quick though. They even extended breakfast a bit longer for the people that were in line before 10:30, I'm guessing. With it always so busy, the food is always fresh.
Most every time I visit, my order is not completed correctly. It's worth driving to a different location than visit this particular McDonald's. CAUTION: before driving away, inspect your order even if you ordered it via a live person. Someone else is filling the orders
There is one employee in the morning that never has quarters nickels and dimes but every other employee does I understand the change shortage but I think that's a little odd she is the only one in other then that they have good Custermer service always fast and the good is hot
Would give it NEGATIVE rating if I could. I ordered through the mobile app because I expected to get it earlier and the line for drive was too long. waited 20 minutes and they gave us the WRONG order. My family member has also been here before and ordered 40 nuggets and got 30 so when they called the management said we could come back next time and pick up the other 10. I asked for my correct order and the 10 and then we were told to pull up to the second window. Got there and proceeded to get another WRONG ORDER and watched them take it back even thought it had already touched my hands. Goes back and forth and can’t figure out my order or where it went. The manager comes to the window and proceeds to yell at me to go to the next window. We move to the next one and she begins yelling at me for the receipt in my correct when I ordered online and got the wrong order??? I showed her multiple times on the app that my order was right there and she kept saying I never paid even though it already charged my card. She yells at me more and more and I show her my incorrect order and she proceeds to TAKE THAT BACK TOO. She also tells me multiple times when i’m showing her my recent orders that she can’t touch my phone but she takes back all the food i’ve touched?? She then says she can’t find my order and then after more yelling at me she leaves saying she all of a sudden found only a PART of my order. When they come back, my food is THROWN in my face and they leave immediately. I expected compensation or a refund because I ended up 40 minutes there for what? they didn’t even give us the right order. Never coming back.
Their service is always pretty good but for the love of god please remember to put sauce in the bags! I’ve been here countless times and every single time I order nuggets I never ever get sauce I always have to ask them before I leave the drive through window
I refuse to go here when I doordash because they’re all rude and never answer the phone for people who have to call to let them know they’re picking up a doordash! When they do answer they take 20-30 mins to bring out the food no matter how big the order!!
I used to go alot but everytime I ate my stomach hurt I no longer eat mds and feel amazing this location sucks always packed super slow and rude customer service their is a girl there that is always stealing money and shorting customers I caught her reported it to a female manager and nothing was done about it
