I went there to get breakfast at 8:30, and the line wasn't too long. When I got to order, the employee taking orders was angry. She was shouting and the mic kept cutting out so I couldn't hear anything. I asked her to repeat herself, to which she said "omg are you deaf?" Idk if the night shift employees were still on shift, but the service was terrible and I will not be returning here again. It was $11 for a muffin, fries and drink, and the muffin was cold in the middle. I don't think I've ever had a positive experience at any Mc D's, and their food is always gross. There's way to much sugar in everything, and their sauces run like water. I think I'm done with McDonald's now
Staff is terrible. Waited 20 minutes in my car for curbside pickup. Finally went in to see why. They had not even started my order. Waited another 10 minutes to get my web order. Place was in total dismay, employees walk around like they did not know what to do. No apologies, just handed me my food and walked away. They are in definite need new management!!!
Waiting times are super long. You experienced a long wait time both inside and by driving through. If you go inside you have wait times of up to 40 minutes and only one person working the counter. If you arrive and try to order through the app they wait until you are parked for your order to be started. Which means you cannot just drive up and pick up your food. If you use the drive-thru you have to wait a long time and get cold food. They are very common with messing up your order and I know this because I have visited over a dozen times and still expect something different. Hopefully they can open for dine in and serve the public better.
They need to open the dine in, it’s been over 2 years since Covid-19 so just open the dining area.
Everytime I order here, the food comes outs amazing. Every single time. I don't care what anyone says, but if you're hungry for a cheap and quick bite, go here!
I only come here because it's convenient. They're super slow, I'm constantly feeling like they forgot me, there was even one time where they forgot I ordered and had to take my receipt back to remake my food after telling me to pull into a spot (drive thru.) They never take orders in the order they've pulled up, almost infuriatingly so. If the next McDonald's wasn't twice the distance, I'd go there exclusively.

Just went to order at around 9:25, the guy at the drive thru taking my order sarcastically told me “I’ve been working here for 4 months now and have been living here for 2 years now and they have never had that” because I asked him “do you guys have hot chocolate?”First of all I did not make that up as McDonalds use to sale hot chocolate.Second of all that attitude is not okay he did not have to be rude and sarcastic I never said anything wrong or or rude to him I didn’t even feel like ordering anymore, I just drove off.
Drive thru was very slow. They seem to have a shortage of employees. When finally got to 2nd window after paying at 1st there was no one absolutely no one in sight. After await someone handed me my order and food was just verily warm, chicken sandwich and fries.That seemed to me as very unlike a well functioning McDonald's.
Food is average do McDonald's standards, however, customer service is ridiculously bad. How the staff talks to you to handing you your order is terrible. Often they say they are out of something, if you ask for a manager they have it. Flat-out staff is lazy.
