I had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food tasted good, but nothing spectacular. I ordered a curry dish and it just tasted a little bland, plus the cooks added too many bell peppers which hid the lack of meat to the dish.With that said, I did like it here....but overall not the best Chinese food I've had.
Wow never will I ever order from this place again, as you can see on my receipt I was charged for two sides of rice and from the picture you can see I received one. I called and told them I was missing a side and they stated the two sides I paid for are in the tiny container. What a rip off, this place needs to be closed not to mention I spent $80!!!!
They have had good food until todays order that we picked up. It was $48 for a two person meal. No tip. The chicken was over cooked and hard as well as the breading. The lo maen was under cooked and very chunky. They have usually had very good food until today and we over paid by at least $12. It will be a while before they get our business again.
Unfortunately didn't have good experience tonight ? I ordered take out dinner F and when got there they gave me wrong order. luckily, I was in parking lot when they called to inform me which was fine but then got my order and they forgot our shrimp but by this time I was almost home. So i called to see if they can refund and said cannot but can give us shrimp next time. Then to top it off our pork and chicken was old.
The food is totally disgusting sweet and sour chicken tasted a week old very stale and dry The cream cheese wontons were undercooked and soggy after complaining about being dissatisfied they said they would not do anything after much discussion we returned the food they would only give a partial refund and said they do not care about my Wife and I as customers as they have plenty of customers The owners, management and staff are ultra rude. Lucky Chen has the worst customer service I've ever experienced their customer service is basically non existent. Please do not waste Your money or time!
We ordered sweet and sour chicken, cream cheese wontons and chicken fried rice, The sweet and sour chicken was disgusting it tasted a week old it was dry and stale the wontons were undercooked and soggy we couldn't eat it so we called them they said they couldn't do anything about it. After discussing it over and over they said to return the food once it was returned they said the wontons were cooked correctly and they would only offer a partial refund and wouldn't give a full refund no matter what . "Worst customer service I've ever experienced" The staff said they do not care about my Wife and I as customers as they have plenty of customers. Please do not waste your money or time on the ultra rude Owners, Management and staff that do not care if their food is garbage and do not care at all about their customers. Customer service is non existent.

If you want the least amount of effort put into making your food, eat here. The only thing they are consistent with is making food that is inconsistent. The Sweet & Sour chicken is a full half chicken breast dipped in batter in one huge full piece, then deep fried. After deep frying it, they cut it up into smaller pieces, which made the the batter fall off when you try to eat it. The texture is totally uncharacteristic of any sweet & sour chicken I've ever had, and seems to be made with the least amount of effort possible.On the other hand the Sweet & Sour Pork is individually battered bite size small pieces of pork in batter. This makes me think it must come that way frozen from the factory. Again... the least amount of effort made possible.They must have two different cooks, one that is good, and the other one that is absolutely terrible!I have ordered their ham fried rice and at times, it's been absolutely delicious, and other times it was so dry it tasted like it was left over rice from the day before. The noodles they serve are not Cantonese style . They are widerlike you'd have with Chicken Alfredo, and this is the same with ALL of their Low Mein and noodle dishes. Plus their taste was completely off. I wouldn't eat their ever again. I have lived close by this place for many years and have given them so many chances to redeem themselves, yet they continue the same low quality food and service.
Favorite!! I've been searching high and low for a great even a good Chinese restaurant since our family favorites have now all gone, Kowloon, and Magic wok. Well I was introduced here and I fell in love, I can tell a good Chinese restaurant by the egg foo yung and it's gravy...? so please don't go anywhere I've needed you in my life for quite sometime now, and I've found you please don't leave me. ?
I love this place. It is always consistent, always fresh and taste great. Price is fair for the amount of food you get and they always deliver super fast.
