Went in for the first time and definitely not going back. The owner is rude , no greeting when we arrived. We asked her a few questions because the menu is not clear and she seemed quite bothered and responded very short and with a rude tone. We got a mango slush , which did not taste anything like mango and it was way too sweet. The boba was also hard. Overall it wasn't pleasant experience.
They had quite a bit a selection of drinks to choose from. The Boba drinks were delicious.
The menu in-store is unclear, and very few drinks have prices listed - the ones that do only show the price for the smallest available size. My 24-oz drink was $6 before a tip, which is more than at places closer to where I live, near U of U.I ordered a taro milk tea with boba. The taro flavor was very weak and it was like I was drinking milk, and the boba tasted like water and had an unusual variety of textures including crunchy and powdery. It’s possible I visited this location on an off day, but to me it isn’t worth the 20-minute drive from where I live.I tried this boba place because there’s a Lollicup with the same logo + branding near my hometown that I really like, but it was not at all the same. The woman at the counter was nice and the service was very quick, but we were the only customers in the store at the time. Bring cash as you have to hit a certain dollar amount to use a card.
Pretty good. Some of my bobas were still partially frozen, otherwise it would be a 5 star review.
Every time I get a boba from here I end up with diarrhea the next day. I thought it might be a fluke, but I went back after a few weeks and tried again. But I still got sick the next day. The service is awful and NOT friendly. The lady running the place acts annoyed and like you’re putting her out.
I've been going here for 16 years. The owner doesn't look like she's aged a day. Try the Honeydew lychy with rainbow jellies and boba.

Dont go here, the owner argued with me about what I wanted to order for my daughter. I told her what drink I wanted and she kept telling me to buy another one just cause she saw my daughter point at it, and when I told her she didnt like it last time we just want this one she still didnt take my order for it just continued to argue with me, horrible customer service!
We love this place an the lady who runs it is cool an plays kpop and my daughter loves it.
The worst customer service from the lady with the bad eyebrows wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
