My family and I have been customers for years. But we will not return again! We picked up an order to go. At the bottom of our chip bag was a set of mouth retainers. We called the manager and she denied anyone wore retainers before investigating further or trying to see if any employees wore a mouth piece or if there may have been a change in staff. We are sick to our stomach that someone would even do that and concerned about our health. Come Monday morning when the health department opens, we are reporting la fountain. This is the worst experience and it's sad, it makes us worried about eating out now because of one restaurant. Just hoping we do not get sick or something worst.
Just average food. The tortilla on the burrito tasted like it was from the grocery store.I got the small combination, Cheese enchilada was good, everything else was very average.
Such a horrible experience! Besides the chips being stale. We had to wait 20 minutes or so or so to get our menus. The waiter left without without 2 people ordering there drinks. He dropped the drinks in the middle the table, and left. The manager delivered the food to us, instead of placing the plates in front of us she kept saying whos is this? Placing the plates In front of the empty chair. To top it off I was charged extra, she refused to fix the bill. If I wanted to be treated poorly, I would have went to tacobell.
Everything was great except food , got one menudo plate and a grilled chicken burrito. Service was great and place is nice but the food was mediocre at best plain no flavor and no contrast at all is just like if it was made without caring a single but about the food quality or the costumer experience. I would not choose this food over many other options even if it was half price of what I paid
We were seated quickly, but waited 10 minutes to get drinks. We waited well over 20 more minutes to order. I ordered a shredded chicken taco while my husband had the shrimp chimichanga. Neither of the dishes had any seasoning on them. My chicken taco was boiled chicken with cheddar cheese. My husband’s chimichanga was boiled shrimp. It was overpriced and very underwhelming. Don’t waste you money. Literally the best part of my meal was the Diet Coke I was brought in error. I ordered tea. ?
Had smothered burrito and the sauce tasted different. The staff were very friendly and very nice. Excellent customer service
We have been eating at La Fountain for years! Always exceptional delicious food. Last weekend we went again, as we usually visit this restaurant 2-4 times a month. I ordered cheese enchiladas and rice because the enchilada sauce is the best. Unfortunately after 2 bites it tasted sour, maybe old. The cheese and the sauce were both bad. I told the waiter, he left our table and came back to say we won’t charge you. Well good because it’s not edible. My husband had a combo plate. He tasted his enchilada and agreed with me it was not good. So he never ate more of his food. Terrible experience, not sure we will go back. Maybe we will try a different location.
We went here for my son's birthday. We heard so much good things about this place. It definitely didn't live up to the hype! It was okay. Definitely not what others made it seem like. I don't think I would go back. There are other better Mexican places out there!
Them smothered chicken enchiladas was delicious. Gonna definitely come back.that Chile verde was damn there perfect.not too spicy like others. Thought it may have had a little sweet spices added when took home and tried few bites and saved for later and when I reheated in oven it was very good thank you
We were seated right away, our food came out fast and hot and fresh and tasted great! One of our favorite restaurants!
