WOW I am speechless. What a horrible place. I went to purchase a 12 ps chicken meal. When I got home to my surprise the chicken was NOT COOKED FULLY, you could still see the dough. Not only was the chicken not fully cooked the sides were disgusting not cooked as well. So my family was left without dinner that night. As i was not going to feed my children uncooked food that could have possibly poisoned them and sent my children to the hospital. I called in and told the gal that answered the phone that issues the we had experienced. She went and got the manager on duty. The manager said " I am so sorry I know this is not an excuse but the night manager had not had enough time to full check the cooks perp work. Could you come back and get a new order? I said NO. That i did not have time to go back. That if they could please take my name down and we would pick up a hole new order a diferentes day. I went in to day I told the lady at the window m name and explained the situation. They said sorry we do not have your name and we will not be able to do anything about this. I would not ever recommend eating here where one they do not cooke the food and second they do not keep the word and do not stand behind the company what a disappointment.
I'm not sure why I keep giving this location a chance, the chicken is always soggy and that's nowhere near as bad as the service. This trip for instance I sat at the window for at least 3 full minutes with my food sitting at the window open, they counted the til that time before even acknowledging that I was there. I asked for extra honey and butter and was told you only get what's already on the bag, 2 packets of each for a 12 piece family meal is enough I guess? anyways make the trip to the on 4700 south and 4000 west as it is much better.
If I could give it a negative number I would. one of the worst experiences we have ever had with this place. went through drive through 4/23/2022 ordered 2 meals got home they were wrong, so we call hoping to get it resolved and the lady proceeds to tell me i am wrong and that we ordered it that way. I could careless about the food. It was how we were treated. Even if we had been wrong what happened to making the customer happy. You don't argue and tell them how wrong they are. So by the time they decided to say let me do this for you we were mad and said to forget it. When I am wrong I own it, if I had ordered my food the way I got it I wouldn't have called in to complain.
Newsbreak! Today 03/30/2022 was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. After waiting behind 2 delirious customers, who obviously had no idea what to order, I ordered the Wednesday special, country fried meal. Waited another 5 minutes to get to the window. Then I was asked to pull forward for said time of 3 minutes. After almost another 10 minutes I walked in and asked for the manager. She was totally reluctant to even talk with me. So I politely requested a refund and stated the fact that I would never return to that unkempt store with ignorant people. The manager seemed indifferent anyway. As if it was nothing to concern her with. The WORST KFC in the valley for sure. I'll be calling corporate next. Avoid this place. 1 star because I can't give minus stars.
Well.. basically, everything tasted old. They're was no crispy chicken. Wtfuck! Lol but, did wasn't worth the $50. No paper plates.. biscuits were hard, af!
Awful service, sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes before even being able to order. Placed order and then they got it wrong anyways. Never again will I visit this place!!!
I’m shocked on how this business is ran.I ordered a small meal during my lunch and was told I’d have to wait 5 min for my fries. she made it seem as if she didn’t want me to wait for the fries. I don’t understand how a fast food places makes you wait that long for fries. Luckily the older Polynesian lady who walked out in this cold weather is very very kind and genuine and said “ hope you enjoy your food”The owners of this places need to come down and create a process so people don’t continue to wait that long
Tried to go to KFC last night but they were out of mashed potatoes and corn. So we put it off and came tonight they didn't tell us they were out of anything other than butter and honey. Get home to find out our famous bowl was missing gravy, corn, cheese and the chicken was nothing but the leftover little bits in the bottom of a fryer. Instead of french fries they replaced them with mashed potatoes with no gravy. I guess we should have read the reviews before we went to dinner tonight.
I'm gonna be a little lentient with this review despite the 1 star, but here we go:At around 1 PM, I pull in here for a 10 Piece Feast, which is meant to come with a Beverage Bucket, whatever that is. I get the food after a very fast interval of 30 seconds, so it seemed. And then I notice something... No Beverage Bucket. I ask "Does it come with a drink?" Drive-Thru Vendor: "No."So much for $30 and 2 missing items, one of a drink and the other a bowl of mashed potatoes. It's meant to come with 2, but I got only one.
Extremely rare is when they have chicken pot pies, I wasted time driving here from their other location that never has any hoping they would be the exception but no. No wonder why businesses close, I'm done wasting my time and gas. Good luck kfc -1 customer
