So disappointed after today's experience. I called and needed to put in a pick up order since the app wouldn't let me order size larges. Well I call, put my order in. They didn't ask my name, and I didn't realize until we ended the call. I call back to put my name on it, and get told I need to be placed on "hold". I agree, and I wait on this hold for 15 minutes. During this 15 minutes I hear laughing, and talking, and what sound like dishes being washed. I understand being on hold, but it sounded like there was at least 3-4 people working. You're telling me not one of them could assist me with such a simple task?
I don’t usually come to this location but this morning 01/23, the blonde girl that took our order and made our juices had the nastiest attitude for no reason! to everyone who came in! very unwelcoming. The drive to the taylorsville location is worth it for better customer service.. .
Can never go wrong with Jamba. My only qualm is making sure our favorite banana berry smoothie is an option. Please never let this celestial concoction go!!
Busy, recommend ordering ahead for pickup.
The Valley Fair mall location has made me mad 3 times now, and I don't go there often due to their high prices. Today I ordered the oatmeal and I was told that they don't serve oatmeal after 11 am. Frustrating! The employees here are not very friendly. Some of them need training in customer service.
My husbands a first timer at Jamba and I talked so highly of it on our way to this location. We came in and ordered a mango a go go and a strawberry surf rider. Originally a large but they were out of those cups so we were offered a medium and pour the rest in a small cup. We downsized to mediums instead and chose two different flavors.Both my mango and aloha pineapple were not blended enough cause I was chewing bits of something. My husband wasn’t impressed and said “we should’ve went to quickly.”
Just went in for 1 drink.. there were 3 employees noone there even acknowledged any of the customers that were waiting in line forever. This is the reason why businesses close down hopefully the owner sees this and the rest of the reviews also about this place.
Served me a frozen handwich and I didn’t realize until I got to work now I can’t even eat it. Also ordered a large smoothie and they only filled the cup half way? Cooool.
Went in at 9am on Thursday. Three employees were standing around discussing their plans for the weekend. No other customers were in the store. After ignoring me for at least six minutes, one asked if I'd been helped yet. Slushier were decent, but overpriced, and they only gave me half off with my buy one get one free coupon. Masks probably work better if covering workers' nose and mouth than being worn on the chin.
Love the variety of drinks but busy most the time I go here.
