IN-N-OUT simply does the best fast food burger period, and this location was no exception. Every bit as good as you’d come to expect in California. Service was quick, accurate, and the prices are awesome. I saw someone complaining in the reviews about the prices…you couldn’t get a Big Mac combo from McDonald’s for less money than a double double at IN-N-OUT so I have no clue what a complaint when it comes to pricing is based on. Anyway, great food and speedy service here.
Omg. First time here. Let's start off by the girl at register messed order up. Second fries are terrible and no flavor. It's like eating cardboard. Lastly who puts relish on a burger. Disgusting. I'm sitting here right now trying to get my money back hands down unequivocally the worst burger and Fry I've ever had anywhere!!!!! And I'm a chef that's cooked in 15 states. Disgusting I'll never come here again. I couldn't even eat that garbage if I was stoned.
This staff is amazing! Saw a huge travel bus full of Lacross players pull up right before us. Filled every seat (and outside) in the whole place. Drive through line was 12 cars deep. We waited... only 7 mins for our order!!! ? ? ? Amazing! Double double. Yum!
Whenever we travel to the west coast our first stop after we leave the airport is In-N-Out Burger. We can’t get it at home. On a recent trip to Salt Lake City this location was our destination on our way to Park City. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Darius. Everyone we encountered was very polite and friendly but Darius was absolutely the best. In-N-Out does a great job of hiring people that fit their culture but Darius is in a league of his own. If you get a chance to meet him you will see what I mean. What’s great about In-N-Out Burger is that you get an always-fresh consistent product at every location. Darius’ exemplary customer service is what made this location stand out for us.
First time there, and the burgers were awesome. The fries were meh, but I would definitely go back for the burgers!
It was OK but my evaluation is purely subjective in that I am a Type II Diabetic and have not eaten at In-n-Out Burger in 15 years. I ordered the single combo with a diet coke. All in all it was unremarkable and didn't have the impact that it once had 30 years ago. I ate the burger, drank the diet soda and gave my fries to a homeless guy trying to stay out of the cold. I'm sure other diabetics would understand my review as is because I ate for pleasure, not for health.Best to ya'll,A.
After the usual wait in the drive thru line, I got up to the window to get my food, was handed my drinks, and sat there for FIVE minutes before they handed out my food. I received no apology for the wait or explanation. I thought they were behind and were catching up and at least I'd have fresh, hot food. Not the case. The burgers and fries were all cold. Unacceptable service in my opinion. Don't waste your time here.

I love this place. My daughter who doesn't like eating beef, loves these burgers and actually requests them. I love the portion size of the fries and shakes as well! They give you enough to feel like it's a treat but not so much you hate yourself after you consume it. I wish they had a location downtown SLC. The closest ones are 16 and 22 minutes out of city center.
