It’s amazing that a restaurant reputation can be damaged for a single employee. I went to have a quiet and nice breakfast, I understood today is Mother’s Day, so waiting time will be long, but I was clear with the host lady are you going to call me because I will be outside. Usually most of restaurants are texting you, but not IHOP. After 15 minutes I came back inside to check and my name was listed not shown. I said ti the host, I was clear when I asked you about calling me outside, she was rude and said I was wrong. With an attitude of “I do not care she took me to the worst place in the restaurant, luckily the waiter was so nice I decided to stay. But I will not come came to this location anymore just because of a rude host.
It was close to 11:00 am most of the morning rush gone, plenty of empty tables. I bought a client in a wheelchair and and was flat out ignored for 20 minutes before a personal put up a "wait a minute " finger and went about ignoring us to talk to hockey players. Yep, all attention was given to two hockey teams there that morning. No one else mattered.
It was a good visit. The waitress was busy as usual but everything came on tume and only thing we had to do was ask for condaments. And the bill. Hardly saw the waitress but i like it that way. I dont like a pestering waitress asking if everythings ok.. every 2 minutes. So yeo . IHOP as usual.great breakfast.and the pancakes are always great too . Good service and deecent pricing.. thanks IHOP
We walked into the restaurant and there was 2 other people waiting. We waited more then 10 minutes to be put on a list or even be seated. The was no hostess at all. Multiple employees walked by the front. You would think that one of them would have told someone there are a bunch of people in the front. After 10 minutes there were at least 15 people waiting to be put on a list or be seated. Are party and a bunch of other people walked out after 15 minutes of just waiting to be talked to by someone about a wait or being seated.
Orders soft scrambled eggs with onion and cheese. Eggs overcooked. Asked for the eggs to be recooked. Second plate of eggs were so runny, they still have the yoke in them. Didn't say anything. Just left 2nplates of eggs on the plate. How hard is it to cook soft scrambled eggs? Didn't ask for sunny down eggs.
They did a very good job of handling out group of 15. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic food and GREAT service! The waitress was phenomenal and the food was very delicious.

It's IHOP. What can I say? They have pretty decent food and the pancakes are good. Service was a bit slow. Like every single table had to ask for their check. Kitchen was pretty fast though.
Stopped for quick bathroom break. Excellent bathroom, very well kept. Also grabbed an onion ring that was left on someones plate. 10/10 would recommend
