I waited around 30 minutes for my order. The person working didn't do my order and started walking around doing other things. After a while it seemed like he forgot about my order and then quickly did it pretty poorly. Also the fact that the staff doesn't wear gloves is pretty off putting. Working in a food industry myself know that cleanliness is a big part at my job but they don't seem to care about that here. The food was okay but i'm pretty disappointed since in the past it was always pretty good.
This kid was not on his a game last night. The family in front of me stood at the counter waiting for him to take their order and he kept doing other things, in front of them waiting to order. They finally grew tired of waiting and left.I walked up and he came to take my order and his responses to my order made me feel like he really hated his job.Not trying to get him in trouble but maybe he was just having an off day.I will say this, the food was sooo bomb!My kid and I killed our corn dogs and whatever those sweet fries were. Yes there was a family in front of us that was standing there waiting to put in their order and the kids just doing his own stuff maybe because he’s by himself but they’re like standing there waiting and waiting and finally they’re like lets leave and they left and they’re like he’s not taking any orders and I stepped up and then he came and he took my order but you could tell he didn’t want to be there. I know I’ll be back for more of that goodness even if it comes with bad service. ?

Love this place so much!The food is great! I hate cherry lemonade but theirs Is so good! Only con is that they don’t have one close to me.
If you guys are going to be closed at 3:30pm don't put up a we will be right back sign, leave the lights on and completely abandon the store. Shut things down properly so that people know that you're closed. I waited 35 minutes just in case maybe they were on lunch but clearly they weren't and nobody was there
Waited forever, no staff showed up, finally went else where. Staffing problems for sure, wonder if they slack in other areas like cleanliness too...
Literally watching the worker stand over by the Orange Julius counter after coming back from somewhere else. Been waiting 20 min.
Waited an over an hour for a lemonade even if it was lunch or a break for over an hour It’s ridiculous
I’m leaving a one i don’t know who the guy they have close at night Always closes early . Each time I go I went on a Sunday and it was like 420pm they close at 5pm they had lights off and he was taking drinks around to other workers at the food court Which I thought was wrong. Then today I go at 720pm I went to the stand and they had a sign up saying will be right back so I waited patiently and nothing then as I was walking away I can see through the door that there was two people just sitting in the back another person was going up to the lemonade stand as well so I asked him if he could yell and see if someone will come out then the guy that was working was the same guy that I saw the Sunday I went and he had attitude and told us am on lunch right now and the gentleman that called him to the front was like well don’t you guys close in a couple of minutes. And by the looks of it , it looks like they already cleaned everything and they were just hiding until closing time. The male worker gave a dirty attitude and said yeah I guess I can help you guys. So I ordered my drink and he rolled his eyes and then he helped the gentleman behind me which was the man that called him to the front. If anything this employee is making you guys lose money
