Well let’s make this point very clear; their is no Dine-In at this location. Google maybe you could fix this!! The food was good but the order wasn’t correct. I had asked for no lettuce. Their was lettuce on my burger. I didn’t ask for cheese on my burger but their is. Wish their was a closer location in the West Jordan/South Jordan area.
Managed to mess up the entire order and then has the audacity to say I need to pay for it. Half of the order was missing. After an argument they agreed that I wouldn’t pay. I went to get the “correct” order and the lady at the window says “but don’t worry because I’m not going to charge you for it”. You’re right. You won’t charge me for your mess up. This wasn’t even the worst part of that conversation.
Amazing service, they can accommodate large groups easily. Everything is good here, even the spaghetti. The root beer here is famous and the floats are perfectly made with soft serve. Incredible fries and fry sauce. They always accommodate our extra fry sauce needs and make burgers beyond fast.
Hires Big H is great but please don’t go to the West Valley location. I promise it’s worth the extra gas to drive to Fort Union or downtown. This trip was terrible! Their dining room is closed so only their drive through is open. From the time I ordered to the time I drove away it was 50 minutes! No kidding! They also forgot my side sauces that they said were in the bag, so I had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes. By the time I drove away, I was so hangry I could eat my hat!The gal at the window was nice enough and I knew it wasn’t her fault but COME ON! That was TOO long to wait for a burger and some cheese fries. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have drove away and went somewhere else.#speeduptheprocess!
This used to be the best place! I don't know if it was the pandemic or what, but the quality of food has really gone down hill. Couldn't even cut the pizza and the fries were half burnt.
Not the Big Hires I remember....priced way out of range for the quality of food I received, how do I wait 10 to 15 min. For my food, and yet it's all cold, the buns tasted old and crunchy, lettuce soft and wilted...fresh cut fries...when were they cut...last week?? Won't be returning any time soon
Food is good it's pretty pricey considering it's fast food but what really kinda blew my mind was the two ice cream cones that costed 760 or 80 what ever but almost 8 dollars for 2 regular ice cream? . 8 dollars vanilla cones . Correct me if I am incorrect but that's a meal some where else I mean my food came to 13 my buddy's was 12 somthing then two ice cream cones 8 bucks so 34 dollars for 2 drinks 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 cones . Kinda made the food not taste so great = /
I recommend taking the extra time to go to the one downtown. This location is subpar.
Love their food but wish they’d open back up for dine in.
Food was wonderful. It was made fresh while we waited. The prices are a little high, but alright to visit once in a while.
