Love the food, the shakes, the service, and the music. We ordered on DoorDash then went and picked it up. The DoorDash app said the food was ready but when we arrived, we ended up waiting 5-7 minutes for the order to be complete and that was after we were already 10 minutes late arriving. Not certain if the miscalculation for when the order would be done was the restaurant or DoorDash’s fault.
Worst burger ever. It was two meat crisps that cut my gums and left my mouth bleeding for days... That's how crispy the meat was. AS INTENDED!!! that said, everything else was perfect. Great bun, delicious deli-style fresh pickle, fresh veggies just right amount, thousand island. Maybe best onion rings in state!
We waited over 20 minutes at the drive up window. I'm not sure what was going on. We ended up leaving because we had to be somewhere.This usually doesn't happen here. We were looking forward to the delicious burgers for lunch but we ended up not being able to have lunch at all that day because of timing. I hope everything was OK. We didn't have time to run inside to see what was going on.
A different burger experience, but still 5 stars. The patties are half as thick as most, so don't get a single unless you're into small burgers. The fries are like an eighth an inch square. Once again, not my preference, but good tasting and properly cooked. Service was quick, but not McD's quick. You can tell they don't cook ahead, which is a positive for this food. Really good frozen snacks. I had the Hawaiian mini, and it was good. No seeds in the strawberries or raspberries, and all the fruit was frozen. I'd go back for the frozen snacks. Good service. Overall a good restaurant.
Ordered the Double Steakburger California style, expecting it to be like a BigMac without the middle bun. Nope. I'm not even sure the lettuce was a thought, they gave none of the thousand island dressing. A greatly disappointing burger.Thank god for the cheese curds and fries. They are the only part of this meal that was good.This combo was not worth the $11 in the least bit.(Onions are under the top bun, you cant see them, but they are there)
Everybody was very nice when ordering at window. I ordered a bacon steak cheeseburger. I thought it would at least have lettuce and tomato on it also. Its was nowhere worth $8 I could have gotten a more juicy saucy burger from Burger King which would have been $5 or less.
Burger was a little to thin. It was also really salty flavor too. The price was pretty high, middle of the road. Not spectacular in any category of their food.
Their burgers look like they collected the left over bits of a home cooked burger and made it into a burger
Not impressed. Underwhelming actually. Bought everything large, yet i received a burger/fries that looked like it was meant for a 6 year old. So yes, small portion and as far as taste, not much different from your typical fast food joint.
We love everything about Freddy's. Especially the custard! Get a concrete! The best part is you can have them wait to make your dessert until you're done with your meal so it isn't melting. So smart!
