Always like Five Guys. Those fries are absolute excellence. But if a wait today, but it was the middle of lunch hour, and the staff didn't need to apologize as much as they did. ? Burger was excellent. Jalapeños, BBQ sauce, tomatoes and onions. The BBQ sauce and the jalapeños work together perfectly, complementing each other, I highly recommend trying that combo.
My husband and I just stopped in for a quick lunch with our daughter. We felt very welcomed the whole time. They have very friendly staff that got our food out quickly. The manager was there and he offered to help me get a high chair, then offered my daughter a baked good that he had a box of to give out to the little ones. All together our experience was amazing.
I always have a mixed experience here. Admittedly, I am not a fan of burgers and I'm sure that skews my opinion of this place. Overall, if you are looking for a large quantity of fries and a half decent burger, this is the place to visit.I have had both good and bad burgers here, depending on the day. The concept of ordering your food exactly like you want it is nice, but it doesn't always come with everything you ordered. Usually sloppily put together and smashed into the bag. I have also had poorly cooked burgers here so watch out.
The food was really good in classic five guys fashion. There was a janitor here that was so friendly, he came up and introduced himself and let us know to ask him if we need anything. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the employee running the register wasn't super friendly. Who knows though maybe he was just having an off day. Overall I'd give the food a 9/10 and the service an 8/10. Definitely a good place to go if you're looking for a quick bite.
I was not impressed with how the staff handled a lunch rush. The lady at the counter was sweating through her hat and it felt gross that she was serving food. I got a simple hamburger, fries, and a shake. When the lady handed me the shake, I took note that there wasn't a lot of "shake" in the cup. I asked why it was not filled. She said the the machine wasnt working. I explained that the shake is supposed to be chocolate. There is vanilla chunks in the shake. She said that she mixed it long enough and that she wasn't going to keep mixing it.This meal was way over priced for the food and service I received. Not returning to this location.

Five Guys is the best tasting burger chain in my opinion. It kills me to give this location just one star because staff was not properly trained. The service sucked... but it didn’t stop me at all from enjoying my juicy burger that I like to call heaven on a bun lol. No, but seriously I’ve worked at five guys and the few times i’ve been here to this spot they’ve always had a hard time entering my order and it caused a big hold up in the line. So please send a District manager here to this location to enhance performance. I will give a special shout out to Miss Aleina for her awesome effort in trying to keep the store from falling apart. She needs to be a team lead or something.

Called in my order and still had to wait 15 minutes when I got here. That’s 20+ minutes just for a burger. Considering I used to work here that’s way to slow. Step up your management and employees. This is definitely not the first time with a bad experience at this location, for sure will be the last.
I ordered 2 large cajun fries, they said it would be just a minute so they would be fresh which was awesome. I asked for 8 fry sauce they said they could only give me 4, I dont know if you have ever eaten fries with fry sauce before but 2 isnt even close to enough. Then when I got home I opened the bag and had a sandwich I wont eat and a small regular fry. It was the simplest order and they couldn't even get it right and I'm not about to drive 25 minute away to get my order right. I definitely wont be going here again and i would suggest the same this place has definitely gone down hill it used to be good but not anymore.
