Laughably awful. Rude service, filthy restaurant. The person who took our order was beyond unpleasant. Soda machine disgusting, tables and floors covered in food debris. Sandwiches were meh at best. We won't be back.

Ordered large and a small steak and cheese sandwiches. And a Diet Coke. I had it for delivery and it delivered within 15 minutes of the order through Uber eats. Fast delivery but the food was horrible. Both sandwiches were cold not just the bread the meat inside was cold. Also sent regular Coke instead of diet. I contacted the store to talk with the manager and let them know. The owner answered and after I explained what happened, he quickly said he has his employees checks his steam table to make sure the meat stays hot. And then told me he gave me regular Coke because they were out of diet. I’m not sure why they did not reach out and let me know before I purchased a drink that I did not want. I will not be buying food from them again because both hot and cold sandwiches come cold.

I really enjoy the food here. It's so delicious! Ive always ordered it though. Decided to try dining in instead. When we walked in there was 2 employees that I could see. One in the lobby area, the other behind the counter. Neither of them greeted us or even acknowledged us. We shrugged it off and browsed the menu. Neither of them budged for a solid 3-5 mins. Finally the one in the lobby zooms past us to the back area and comes back out, zooming past again. Following her is another girl that was kind enough to place our order. It wasn't a terribly long wait. Got a drink and the pop machine was so gross decided to shrug it off I didn't need a drink. The whole vibe was something out of twilight zone. Eerily quiet the whole time, no music, no talking, nothing. How fun to listen to yourself chewing lol. Sit down and eat and employee #1 decides to roll up the floor matt and puts it on the garbage can that's right next to my hubby mid bite as I watched pieces of dirt go flying. Didn't say hardly 2 words to us the whole time. Over all just very WEIRD!!

This was my first and last time eating at firehouse,I mean my experience, where do I start?my order was taken by "Aubrey" and she charged me for a club but when I got home I had a turkey bacon?? I think?when I specifically told her "I don't like bacon"it had no mayo mustard, let's just say it was dry as a bone with very little meat and no cheese,I could have gotten better off a food truck!! I then proceed to call and let them know my order was wrong and I was not satisfied only to get hung up on several times,at one point whoever answered said"we are not taking orders" when according to my clock they were still open for 2 hrs?I finally gave up on trying to complain about their mistake, needless to say I will not recommend anyone to eat at firehouse subs...waaaay to expensive and not worth it.they say first impressions mean alot well you all failed in so many ways I won't be coming back and I will be contacting corporate...if this is how you treat customers you have no business in this type of industry sincerelyCIMBERLY

did not get what I ordered. I ordered 2 large smokehouse brisket. got one small one and one large. no meat on half of the small one, the large one had no sauce and cheese was not melted. tried calling, just rings then states box is full and hangs up. supposed to be high quality subs... extremely poor quality.

Very nice, friendly and food was delicious. Great business and good environment all around these days kinda rare. Would advise these guys to anyone around.

Really. Gross. My sandwich tasted like menthol cigarettes. Perhaps spearmint/peppermint oil. It was so strong it irritated my stomach ulcer from the burning and I had to throw away the sandwich. The employees making my food were also very rude and not wearing a mask when making the food. With their rudeness it seems they did it on purpose to be mean. It was really gross and hurt my stomach. I called and the manager made my sandwich the next day and it’s fine. I don’t think I’ll return with the staff acting that way in the afternoon when he’s not around

I always enjoy Firehouse Subs, and when my wife wanted me to pick up dinner and was interested in a sub sandwich, I knew I needed to take the extra time to head to Firehouse on 5600 West in West Valley. The food, of course, was awesome as always, but the staff there was world class.I could go into greater details of the level of generosity this staff showed me, but I wouldn't want anyone to use that as means to take advantage of them. They put the customer first. My soon-to-be 3-year-old really loved his fire chief hat.

A few weeks ago I had my first bad experience with my food. 4 sandwiches. All with the meat bunch in the center. 3 inches of empty bun on each end. Couldn't spread it out because it was cold. (Hot sandwiches.) 1 slice of tomatoe on each sandwich. No pickles. Tasted horrible. Don't bother complaining on there website. They will not respond.
