I love this place. The staff are always kind and helpful. Had to cut back a little as I found myself going at lunchtime or after work almost daily.
I get over charged everytime I go and a young girl is working the window today the person at the window lacked customer service and even laughed when I drove away after asking for a reciept for the second because I paifld over 5.00 for one Soda water with flavor which usually cost me 3 to 4 dollars. Then when I called to ask for a manager they took information but never got a call.
If I could give more than five stars I would! Went there today and it was fantastic. All the workers were super nice, hung out for a bit. They did mention that they only make minumum wage, and that's a tragedy. Their time's worth more than that :/Super great though, 10/10 would come back

The drinks are very hit and miss. I get the same thing every time and everytime it is different. It never tastes the same. Unfortunately it is ran by kids who always have there friends inside hanging out. I feel like for the money you pay for a soda it should be consistent and good everytime. They are supposed to follow a recipe, but they don't.

The staff was very friendly but the drinks were not great. The sofa tasted a little flat and watery and the flavors combinations were not well done at all. I could not taste any cherry in my cherry cinnamon drink, and the fruity drink was so completely overpowered by grapefruit that none of the other flavors could be tasted. I've never been to a soda shop before so this was a fun experience but I would not buy again since they just didn't taste good.
Way to overpriced for such a small drink that took them 20 minutes to make. Not going back.
Had a big line backed up today but there was someone outside taking orders so it made it even quicker then I was expecting. And my drink is amazing. Thank you FIZZ younmade my day better ??
Like the place but tonight is first night the employee asked for a tip. Earn the tips don't ask for handouts. Nothing special tonight to warrant such genosity. But gave him the remaining $1. .50 tip
