This restaurant is located inside the hotel.Service is sub par at best. The menu was not current so the server basically told us what we were having for dinner. If you can lower the bar on service and food quality to your lowest setting, you will have an ok experience. The entire staff with the exception of one guy who appeared to be a manager or supervisor gave a hint of actually enjoying himself serving the guests.
Avoid this place! I ordered take out here last night, I ordered the club sandwich and it was a disaster. Luckily I opened up to look at the meal before leaving the restaurant, because the bread wasn't toasted and it was warm like they microwaved it. Even the bartender made a comment about the sandwich. He said "who made this". I immediately asked for a refund and was given one, but the restaurant was closing and the staff didn't seem to care about me only getting off work! They didn't even apologize to me or offer me something else. I went to the front desk and asked for a manager but was told there wasn't one on duty. This restaurant is located inside of Embassy suites and the guests here deserve better!!
I would rather go to Denny’s. This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. The servers were unorganized from the start. Our server didn’t write our order down and my salad and my husbands meal came out together but the salad was meant as an appetizer . My meal came out quite a while later, it was the fettuccine Alfredo and it was terrible . My husband ordered a hop rising and they brought a golden spike. The server tried to tell us that Utah has a single sip law that doesn’t allow you to return alcohol that you are not satisfied with. When I confronted her, to tell her that it was her mistake she became very defensive and told me I had an attitude. Alcohol is expensive and if you don’t bring the correct order, the customer shouldn’t have to pay. The restaurant was busy and only had two servers . Our server kept giving this as an excuse to her poor service. At the end we had to get the bill fixed because they were having a buy one get one free deal. We also paid $10 for what should have been a side salad that was suppose to be $5. We even tipped more than we would because we didn’t want the hassle of waiting for change. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Somebody find Gordon Ramsay and have him do kitchen nightmares at this restaurant.
Thieves and worst Experience Ever. Took our son in-law here for his B-Day. Called ahead said they had a table for 6 with no wait. Sat down got water and ordered appetizers. Onion rings came out quick and were good. Shrimp cocktail took a min and was warm like it had been setting under the heat lamp. Then after 20 min had passed we asked to if we could order drinks. Ordered 2 cokes and 2 titos mules. Took 20 min to get one coke and never did get the other one, the mules came out 15 min later and and ended up being mexican mules. We finally asked our waitress if we could order food which seemed like an hour later. They were out of the flat iron steak but said they had ribeye, so we ordered two of those. Food took a while but not to long and when the steaks came out they were paper thin. $35.99 for a paper thin steak? Never did get the french fries with the burger or the salad we ordered. The entire dinner took over 3 hours. Worst service we have every experienced and they were not even busy in fact it was dead. Not sure exactly what is going on with all these good reviews and pictures of nice thick steaks but this wasn't our experience. My grandson spilled his coke and the waitress didn't even acknowledge it and she was standing right there. No water refills either, or an offer to a to go box for the mac n cheese, we gave up on having to ask for anything at this point. I have been in the food industry before as a waitress and I have always tipped, no matter the service because I know when your are busy things happen. But it was so bad we left nothing. I guess the waitress felt that was unfair so she decided to give herself a $40.00 tip, which by the way is against the law and have called our credit card company.
Worst service I have ever had. I’ve never had to write a review before, but my gosh. This place was absolutely horrible with service to the point where we gave up asking for ANYTHING because it took atleast 20 minutes to get even a soda. Also, if you don’t leave a tip, they will write in their own and take your money. It wasn’t even busy and had only 3 tables to serve.
Loved this place food and drinks were amazing.
Very good steak saladIt’s spicy but if you are into it I’d recommend
Elements at 35th on site of Embassy Suites Hotel. It is a restaurant/bar. I had dinner takeout twice. Food was very good.
It was slow and both drinks and food took an ungodly amount of time. Food quality was mediocre at best and severely overpriced. Cocktails were good but way overpriced.
After a long day of traveling, one needs to eat but not too much. A bowl of tomato soup, a side of sweet potato fries, and a glass of merlot sounded about right. The tomato soup was tasty and not pureed to the point of disintegration. The fries were interesting. Crunchy and chewy at the same time, served with a nice dipping sauce. A bit on the pricey side, but what hotel restaurant isn't? It saved me from going out into the cold.
