Second time here. First time was good which was a few months ago. This time we ordered the 8pc and we got what looked like pigeon not chicken. Pieces were ridiculously small and super overcooked. 4 of the pieces we couldn’t even put enough salsa to cover the dryness. So we took them back and the whole crew looked at us like we were about to rob the place. Manager rolled her eyes.
The crunchy tacos was ok but the meal box itself was not worth $9. The customer service was ok I didn't get a receipt so I didn't know my number order. One time experience only.
Probably couldn't ever get enough of the taste of their chicken. I'm addicted! Pretty good value for money. Love the green sauce on everything. My fav is the tacos. All of them ?
Haven't tried this place before, their food smelled good, but we never got to try it. We stood st the counter for several mins, employees kept looking at us and walking by but not one stopped to take an order or even tell us it would be a little before they could take our order. We ended up going somewhere else
Honestly if give it -10 stars if I could.Wasted 40$First, the cheese on my Quesadilla wasn't even melted all the way. It was soggy. But my main issue is more about the fact my mom had left her phone by the Utensils. After we got back home (mind u, less than 5 minutes away from the location), we began calling it none stop. That wasn't working so we called the store. The lady asked what it looked like. The way she made it sound was as if they had more than one lost phone. I called again right before I went to see for myself. They closed early; one of the ladies opened the door and tried To tell me that it had to have been the other location. Mind you, you just barely called it twice within the past hour and asked about this phone. She wouldn't let me come in to take a look for myself,f so I could call it while looking for it. After She shuts the door, I can close the door, I can see she shuts the door, I can see her she shuts the door I can see her explaining theShe shuts the door I can see her explaining the conversation to the other workers that I had the 1st time I called.
The food here is really good. And the 3 workers were really working hard!
Don't come here at night. Was asked to hold which I totally get but more than 5 minutes, and still hadn't been helped? Once helped got up to the window and she told me I owed 10 bucks but all I ordered 4 churros. Then she corrects the order or so I thought but I don't have a receipt because she didn't give me one and she handed me only 2 churros. Just won't come at night or maybe at all this isn't the first time I've had an issue with my order being wrong at this location.
This was first time to this location in and never again. Waited ten minutes just for them to take an order through drive through and nobody in front of me. Get my food and it's like shoe leather...absolutely terrible. I'm pretty easy going and understand not everything you order is as expected but this tops the charts couldn't even chew the chicken!! Absolutely waste of money!!
Best chicken I have ever had definitely recommend
The service was really friendly and the food was delicious, if you want something fresh and healthy and cheesy lol, I would recommend the salad and quesadilla plate.
