This place discriminates disabled people. I came in with a service animal and they were requiring us to tell them which disability I had which is against the law and they refused to listen! They completely denied us service for having a service animal. I feel horrible, I just wanted to go in and eat and instead they broke the law and discriminated against me. I will never come here again and I will make sure everyone knows that this place is messed up. The manager clearly just wanted to be controlling and deny a disabled person for no reason. Horrible service
The mojara was okay but the molcajete is soooo good. You get lots of food. Usually if it says 2-4 people it’s hardly enough for 2 in other spots but here we struggled with two to finish. Good drinks. Bad music though ? but better than the super loud places.
This place might be good, but we'll never know. Our waitres was one of the worst we've ever had. She brought cold food and didn't check on us but once....and that was because she needed a tapatio bottle from our table. When they replaced my food, it was just the original food heated up...I know because they heated up the salad. Other than that, the food was ok...just ok.
Food is Great here, We order from here at least once a week! and usually we can ignore the horrible costumer service but today the STORE MANGER was extremely RUDE.we usually always check our order before leaving the restaurant but this time I had to head back to work due to the fact that it was during my lunch time, once I got back to the office I realized my order was incorrect and I immediately called and tried to notified them that I was given the wrong order and if I there was anyway they could correct my order.Personal that answered my call didn't let me finish explaining the mistake before she started yelling at me and proceeded to ignore my needs, since I could not get a word in I asked if I could speak to a Manager to solve this problem. Instead of getting a solution the manager proceeded to yell over me as I was trying to explain the situation, I could not believed how unprofessional this service was at this point I decided that it was not worth the $11.00 extra I paid for this dish.If you want to be treated with such horrible customer service I would recommend this place!!I wish there was an option to give negative starts and I would.Owner should really consider having better training and base his hiring on customer service not looks.
I love this place! The food is delicious and it has good portions. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. I will keep coming! c:
I normally love this place, but the last couple of times I've been here the service is horrible. It took 15+ min just to get our drinks. After that I added a beer to my order that never was brought to me so I had them cancel it. When we got our food they took an extra 5-10 min to bring our crackers that is supposed to come out with our food. When I spoke to the Waiter she was rude about me asking for a water that she never brought out.
This place was good, but it lacked good service. We often waited more on our server and often had to get the attention of another server to help us. The food was good but not impressive our aguachiles lacked shrimp and had a sad presentation, and our mango on our ceviche wasn’t ripe so it messed with the texture and flavors of the ceviche. Would I return again? Maybe… but I am in no hurry to do so.
Mexican Style seafood restuarant. It was good food with good service with one exception. I did not like the empanada as is tasted like fried bread soaked in oil. The filling was good.
the shrimp empanada was amazing, the salsa it's not that good it felt like tomato and celery blend, but over all the service was good.
UNORGANIZED! They definitely need step up their game when it comes to service, it took about 20 mins for our waitress to get our drink order and another 30 for her to take our food order. After that we didn’t see her until we were ready for the bill which we didn’t get till at least 30–40 mins after we all got done eating. We stopped at least 3 different works asking for our waitress because we needed refills and other condiments but that never came. Management should focus more on service vers being prideful of how many people they can jam pack in the building. As for my meal, lets just say I was not happy with eating more cucumber and onion then actual shrimp and fish.
