Always great, just wish I wasn't yelling over The music to my barista to make sure my order is correct. If they can't hear me order how can they make sure it's right?
They must train their employees happiness and have extensive customer service training. I just love going there and enjoying not only good coffee but also a great atmosphere. All employees are so happy, easy going and positive! I absolutely love it each time I go.
Although the dutch brothers I have began going to is a good distance further away from the Starbucks that's literally right across the street from my house. I can get there, get me and my fiancee (I love you Misty Crofutt) our drinks, and get back home 20 minutes sooner than if I go to Starbucks. They also have a lot more selection than Starbucks which is a huge plus, because Misty doesn't drink coffee. The staff have always been extremely nice and I haven't had one bad experience in the dozen or so times that I've been there.
Best coffee ever and the Baristas are very nice. I highly recommend this place they are usually busy but well worth the wait and the prices are great
The last time I went who ever made my drink made is so damn good. They put a little whipped cream on the bottom of the cup then put my drink. That is now my favorite way. But I like this location a hell of a lot more then the one in west Jordan
AMAZING SERVICE = even better coffee than you hoped for. Dutch is the best coffee spot, no question. Great coffee with an amazing business model and an obviously outstanding hiring protocol.I don't often get up and out before 6am.. but when I do, it's always an experience.. and my experience with the baristas at this particular location was the most wonderful start to my day I could have asked for. I wish I had asked for names because I felt so appreciated, taken care of, welcomed, and most notably, like I was an old friend. If I was local, Dutch would always be my go to, and this location would be my #1 Dutch after this experience.As a barista of 3 years myself, I can't compliment them enough for their genuine commitment to great coffee and a more than excellent experience. Not only were they all actively listening and preparing my order as a very competent team, but the workers that I didn't get the chance to talk to still left sweet little notes on the lids for me and my friends. Something super small, but very genuine and appreciated! I hope my appreciation for those who were working this morning (dec 21st) can be expressed by not only my words, but by management as well, because they deserve it!
Love the coffee,but my drinks keep get getting messed up. Starting think to spend my hard earn money elsewhere I don't have difficult orders I only go because of the white coffee staff is decent at the best.
Born and raised Seattle-ite, I was a hard-core fan of a different coffee company. My first visit to Dutch Bros changed that forever! Not only is the coffee better than that Seattle company, the staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal! I get DB at least once a week and have never had less than stellar customer service. LOVE Dutch Bros! I am a customer for life!
I go for my Hazlenut Truffle Mocha (Xtra Hot) and my Orange Cranberry Muffin Top EVERY SINGLE DAY! ? The girls that work there are thee best! I am treated like I'm loved and made to be a special part of their day also. Simone helped me through the death of my mom, just simply saying something attentive & compassionate. The staff chipped in an gave me a card signed by all of them with a gift card inside. Unbelievable how important this place is to me. Their fast and the yummy variety is easy to order. If you want to try coffee that blows Starbucks away...I would goooooo, seriouuuuuusly! ???
I'm not a coffee drinker so I admit I'd never gone here until a family member was employed @ Dutch Bros. Now it's a bright spot in our lives. The employees are creative, kind, & thoughtful. Our dog gets spoiled by the best pupp-a-cinos & they have many great options besides coffee. I personally prefer a cotton candy steamer or cotton candy frost but have tried many delicious drinks. It's a place that makes you feel good just for stopping by.
