$42 dollar order, all 3 pizzas were burnt to a crisp, drove to the store showed them what they brought to my door. Two employees laughed about it. How does the guy putting the pizza in the box let this happen. Never seen anything like this.
When I came to pick up my pizza, it was burned. The guy had an attitude about remaking my order. He started to make other orders ahead of mine, until I asked him again to remake my pizza. I asked for a manager or a business card to speak to someone. He gave me a written down number of 1-800- Dominos. They were very unprofessional. I get that they are young, but take some pride in your work / job. It’s a shame, my family will no longer order from here again.
Worst Domino’s.If they don’t have enough staff or drivers for delivery WHY DO YOU LET PEOPLE ORDER ONLINE?!? Just turn that option off! I have been waiting for about an hour thinking they should be delivering my order at any moment. When I checked the tracker they cancelled my order & didn’t even notify me. Ugh, this is probably my 3rd-4th time dealing with a problem with this store. I’m not even going to bother ever ordering again. Do yourself a favor and just go else where. They never answer the phone either.
I placed an online order at 5:19 p.m. I was under the impression that I would be feeding my family within the hour. I received a confirmation email that said 47-57 minutes. At 6:15 my order was still flagged as "prep" so I called the store to see if there was an issue. 45 minutes later a woman said hello and when I said hello back, she hung up. I called back immediately hoping she would still be near the phone. I held for 12 more minutes. A woman answered the phone and told me that my food had been sitting on the rack for over 45 minutes and she didn't think they were going to be able to deliver it anytime soon. The best she could do was refund the order and have me come on to pick the order up and repay the full price! After 2 hours of waiting for pizza, almost an hour of waiting to talk to someone and the best she could do was to truly inconvenience me and have me pay full price. I know they are short staffed, but this is also short sighted. They can see the workload and could have adjusted their options to pick up only sooner. What a disgrace this location is. If their delivery is 2+ hours, then they should be upfront about it in the website, or at very least in their confirmation email. I ended up feeding the disappointed children peanut butter and jelly. Good news if you are considering ordering from this location... with service like this people will stop ordering from them and you might be able to get YOUR order!
Dominoes really needs to get with the program. I had a bad experience the other day, my pizza took an hour and a half to get to my house when I ordered delivery for 1 large pizza. Then when we opened it, it wasn't even cut and it was cold. Same thing happened the week before, took 2 and a half hours. But they made it right and gave me 50% off, so I decided to order again tonight because it was a long day and I didn't feel like cooking. I ordered for pickup and figured they can't get it wrong if I pick it up. I left my house to be there at the time the tracker said I should be there. Arrived about 7:55. They prepared my wings, but not my 16" pizza. This is ridiculous! I understand it happens, but not everytime I order food. How many other customers does this happen to? I am just super disappointed with the service at dominoes. I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my pizza to be made and I am watching people take their orders back in and leave it and come back out and sit in their car. This shouldn't happen. I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered my food at 7:40, was supposed to pick up between 7:48 and 7:59. I didn't get my pizza until 8:27 and they made it without the extra toppings I was charged for and it was so soggy I had to eat it with a fork. Come on guys, get it right.
I ordered online for pickup and it took 50 minutes to get ready my order and pizza came out tasteless too much topping not all toppings added to my pizza ,mushrooms were so bitter, and they are not even bothering to wash hands after touching computers and handling cash or touching surfaces, not even wearing hair nets. I felt so disguised after leaving their store. I would not recommend to go there. My family loves dominos but not anymore now. They must practice good hygiene.
Crud guys stop burning the pizza. My heck if the pizza is black it means it's burned and you did it wrong. Based on the other reviews someone over there is burn happy. Fire that guy. He's got someone issues. Or tell him to go work at the morgue. He can burn everything to a crisp there. The Alfredo was good.
I made an online order this morning and went to pick it up when I got a notification saying my pizza was ready. I tried going in the store and it was locked. I called the store many many times and no answer. I’m sitting in my car waiting as I can see an employee in there. I awaited and waited and I didn’t get my order. No answer on the phone and no one to contact. The money was taken out of my account as well. This is ridiculous!!!
Horrible last 2 experiences!!! I ordered 5 large pizzas went and picked them up and got home to feed hungry teenagers. When we started eating 3/5 pizzas had NO cheese on them!!! Like none at all!! Just sauce and toppings. I called the store and they said we will add a credit for 3 large pizzas for your next order. Great!! That works!! They tell me you need to call and order them, that’s fine no problem!! So tonight I remember we have the free pizzas and decide to order. I sat on the phone for 41 minutes!!! 41!!!! So I decided to just order online and go in. My pizza is ready and I got in, mind you still on hold waiting to place the order and there is 3 employees sitting down doing nothing!!! I tell them I was on hold and they look at each other laugh and say oh sorry!! Never again!!!!
My first time ordering at this location because the location closest to me was not accepting online orders, but they were fast. My pizza came out way better than the location I normally order from, probably bc they added extra sauce like I always ask for and the other location never seem to meet my request but this location met my expectations. The philly cheesetake that I ordered was way better. I got carry out so that’s probably why it was warm/slightly hot and I’m glad. The dude that got my order was nice and pleasant. I’m just glad they pizza had extra sauce and added bonus decent amount of toppings, & the cheesetake was warm and great. I’m prob gonna come here and make the drive
