2nd time they've messed up my order. Getting a free pizza is nice, and all, but what's the point if it's always wrong?The phone has been ringing for 15 minutes and no one has answered.Picture and receipt for reference.
Horrible customer service! I ordered a simple 16 PC hot Buffalo wing and barely got any Buffalo sauce on my wings. Then I tried to do the "I'm Here" option online and still had to go inside and get the food. This all added to the fact that when I initially called, I sat and listened to the phone ring for 10+ minutes and still nobody answered. This is the absolute worst experience inhave had with any domino's in my life. I do not recommend this place to anyone! If I could post a picture of the wings and how pathetic they looked I would.
I have tried to call to place an order four times over the course of the last two weeks and nobody picks up. The online ordering through the app does not work either. I'm not sure what the employees are doing, but they sure as hell aren't working. Even though it is listed as being open until 1am, I'm pretty sure the kids working there close up HOURS before then.
Put an online order in, store called immediately & said that they were the only person working. It would be well over two hours with no delivery. We had to call back to ensure the order was cancelled as we kept seeing a ‘preparing order’ on the tracker. No ‘hello,’ it was answered with ‘I cannot log into the system & cannot take any orders’ with a long pause. We were told that it would be cancelled yet we’re a week out & it’s still showing on our bank account. We’ve had many, many issues with this location, from unavailable ingredients, to late deliveries with cold/hard pizza, wrong pizza, poor customer service (major attitude, lack of care). Will order delivery from elsewhere, or if we want dominoes drive to another location. Until a ‘Under New Management’ sign is up, we will not be back
Today for the first time in months I was able to do a online order. It didn't give me my other points I lost out in nor did it give me the other two free one that was given to me for there mess ups. Well at least I didn't have to call and tell them what I wanted them to mess up on.Love the pizza that's why I tolerate so many screwups.
This location used to the best in the Salt Lake area. Lately they need some improvement. Last visit I paid online and when I got to the store they were out of diet coke and they tried to pass off reg coke. Then they offered to replace the two litter bottle I paid for with 4 20 oz bottles until the manager said no. They requested I get a free bottle on my next visit. Sorry, NO
Ordered online around 7:30pm and went to go pick up when it said it would be ready at 8:12. Luckily i did the pay at store option and didnt pay online because when it said the pizza was ready the worker inside let us know they were short staffed so they were closing early at 9PM. But the pizza said it would be ready 50 minutes prior to her "closing at 9pm" "does not take 50 minutes to close up) It is just annoying that we waited for a pizza to be made when it really wasnt, drove to go get it and come to find out waisted time for an imaginary pizza. The website still shows they are open until 1AM. If i had chosen the option to pay online with debit card, i would have paid for a pizza i wasn't even getting. Never going to bother going to this location again.
Love there pizza. Just always seem to have a hard time ordering online. Store is always busy. Great service. The manager did a great job.
Pizza is fine, it’s pretty true to what Dominos pizza is. Like most huge chains it’s always the customer service that is horrible. No one ever greets you as you walk in, you always feel like an inconvenience to them. Curbside pick up is a joke, your better off trying to go inside, just be prepared to be ignored.
If you're looking for an amazing pizza pie restaurant. Keep looking. It's been a struggle to find a consistent, capable pizza pie restaurant. We typically order from Papa Johns, but we've found their pricing for pizza to be extremely high. It will cost you $50 to have to large pie's delivered to your door. So, we thought we would give our local Domino's a shot. Bad idea. If you like overcooked and dry pies. Then this is the place you've been searching for. My search for a decent pie continues.
