Horrible experience. Never got my pizza and then when I called to get it fixed they won’t answer the phone and fix any issues that may have happened. Under staffed, most likely do to the way things are being ran over there! Domino’s has gone down hill. It really is to bad. It’s a great concept, now only if the right people could be hired to make it happen. Take care of your staff and they won’t leave!
Order stated it would be 35 minutes. An hour later called for check in it took them 10 minutes to answer the phone. They canceled my order and then decided not to refund for at least 2 business days. This is surely not customer service. He told me the app always states 30 minutes when it's usually more like 3 hours 1 person in store and 1 driver on a Saturday night?! WTH!
I live across the street from this location and I love dominos, but this location sure has kept me away. Constantly understaffed, pizza takes twice as long as quoted time, & you won't find out that you have twice as long to wait until you physically walk into the store to pick-up. Almost every time I speak to an employee, they tell me they "will be quitting soon" because they are always understaffed & overworked.
Absolutely horrible service! Tracker said order was delivered when in fact it was not delivered and I have security cameras to prove it. When I called the store I sat on hold for 32 minutes and nobody answered! Not once! I called multiple times and absolutely nothing. This is ridiculous I want a refund I'll never use dominos again this store always seems to have problems
Super long wait which was understandable because they were short staffed. However, they didn't have the topping I had ordered and I didn't find out until I they handed me my pizza, 30 minutes after I had arrived at the store and 1 hr and 10 minutes after I had placed my order. It would have been nice for them to let me know when I arrived because I wouldn't have waited the 30 minutes. They ended up giving me a refund and a side for free. Even though I felt like I wasted my night and least they made up for it.
Once a year I give you guy's a chance to prove yourselves. Every year you fail. The 1 thing I as for is NO garlic butter crust. And every time without fail it's there. MY BAD !!!!! Won't give you another chance
Twice no I have order pizzas that either took hours to deliver or I've never received. 1 small pizza about week ago took 2 hours they called me twice to see if I even still wanted it. last night I ordered a stuffed cheese, marble cookie and cinnamon twists about 8:00 as of midnight when they closed I hadn't received my order. I have tried to call the store MANY times and they never answer the phone. when checking the tracker last night my order showed out for deliver at 9:00 I only gave 1 star because I cant give no stars.How can I get refunded for the order I never received.
I was told 40 minutes for my one pizza to be delivered. Planned on giving a nice fat tip too but I pay cash for this exact reason. They didn't even start cooking it until after about 35 minutes. I tried to call so I could pick it up because they just killed their delivery guys tip. I waited for over minutes, not on hold, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!I'm blown away that this location can actually stay in business. This is my first time even trying this location! Step it up. Because ya'll are trash.
They had excellent customer service. Quick to help me. Tanner and Myra were great. Loved the food.
The worst delivery service ever, I ordered a pizza like 2 hours ago and still nothing has came and when I ordered it said it would take 30 minutes. Definitely not ordering dominos pizza again or atleast not at this location they make you wait for food and always take forever this wasn’t the first time either. Horrible place ??
