I just tried placing a pick up order. The woman on the phone was very ride asking if I could just place online or drive down there because they are busy. I had to tell her twice I tried to place order online. And if I drove down there they'd be closed before I can place my order. She then said she would place me on hold for 4 minutes to take my order and never came back to the phone. So I hung up tried to call back and no one answered.
Not sure what has been happening with this place, I've been here in the area for 5 yrs and always love their food, that is the only reason I give them 2 stars, but it has not been enjoyable to dine in the place has been going down the drain even before the pandemic, the place is getting really dirty everywhere, from the entrance to the bathrooms,and.i don't want to think a bout the kitchen just because I really like the food. Please see the pics and see if you'll stay and eat there. The was are really dirty, the soda machine is nasty the bathrooms are dirty and old and to top it all the warmer for the BBQ sauces is not operational, they do have awesome customer service and good food but they need to step up.
We were greeted as soon as we got to the counter and it was so welcoming. Food tasted amazing(I dont like ribs) loved the ribs. 10/10 will be back
Was kinda disappointed, paid $30 for a kid size slider and to top it off the coke was flat. Use to be an amazing place but afraid their slipping.
Love this place.. I wish they had one in Connecticut. Great food. Service was good. Yum
This is a great team that is very friendly and very dedicated to helping make the dining experience a good one! Plus, how can you go wrong with BBQ pulled pork or brisket, or chicken, or turkey?
I've been telling my wife how great this place is and we finally made it in for her first time. We left in disbelief of how terrible the service was. We are very customer oriented and understand the pandemic is hard but there was 3 workers and we were the only customers in line to order and two other tables that were already finishing up their meal. We had no acknowledgement and because apparently we took so long to order the one lady decided to also take so long that the meat was pretty much cold by the time we left the store. My wife wanted the Frito stack which per the online menu, she was going to get the jalapeno beans and pulled pork. She realized no one asked her for her choices so we asked the workers about it and the one checking us out (who had to check with other lady and gentlemen) said no there is only the one option regular beans and brisket. We were stunned and again just so disappointed. No smiles from any of them the whole time. We had to ask a couple times for extra sauce. The food was ok but again just so sad to see them not have pride in their job.
This place is a disaster,first visit from work lunch they forgot all of the BBQ sauce for the entire order.Second visit they forgot all the sides for three mealsThird visit they charged me for 2 to many meals and got the ones they gave to me wrong!!!There won't be a fourth visit enjoy having no customers left after a while!
Absolutely clueless on how to handle a customer. Did not even get to try your food for the first time. Just having a kid with an attitude playing manager is the wrong way to handle a business.
The food was tasty and fresh. The people that I talked to that work there were quite friendly. The restaurant was clean and bright. I went for lunch and had the daily special for Friday which was a pulled pork plate. Everything was hot as you would expect to be.
