Employees were very nice. And the Blizzard was so good!
I haven’t had Dairy Queen in so long and I’m glad I went to satisfy a craving! There was the sweetest girl there named Aury I think. She helped me decide which blizzard to get because I’m sooo indecisive lol. She made me such a delicious shake filled with Reese’s pieces and cookie dough - so good!!
It’s been a while since we’ve had a blizzard made as tasty as Auri made ours. So much nostalgia from when I was younger before dq got stingy ? The customer service was amazing too both young women were super friendly!
I’ve never had DQ ice cream before and I must say, it was top tier! Auri did an amazing job making the blizzard!
I’ve had numerous time in which I came in and been talked to rudely by managers. I’ve had them cuss at me. I’ve had hair in my food numerous times. This location is one of the worst.
Auri makes the best cookie dough blizzard ever....seriously. I've lived in multiple states and she is by far the best. Cookie dough in every single bite. Dairy Queen should give you a raise. And you should be training others how to make them.
I asked for a strawberry banana fruit drink and it plainly states on the menu board, " made with really fruit and yogurt" when she started making my drink with strawberry syrup milk and ice, I asked why they were not using really fruit and yogurt. She said " That's not how we make them. False advertising and not a good drink with syrup ice and milk!
Their ice cream machine wasn't producing normal ice cream I guess. But they didn't tell us until after we bought it and they put it on the counter right side up and dripping from the sides of the paper that they use to fill it. On their sign it clearly states if it's not served upside down the next one is free. When I mentioned that they said well its bc our machine is broken. Yeah.... and it's not my fault that it's broken but you didn't offer a refund or anything either. It wasn't even good ice cream. It was flavored cold soup. I requested my refund... my boyfriend drank his. They kept my receipt. Not impressed.
Valley Fair Mall-This is the worst place! Customer service is lousy! They close 9:00pm, We got in line at 8:20pm stood in line and got to the front of the line at 8:40 and waiting for them to catch up on their others before us, they turned the lights off at 8:45 and the person behind me asks them “are you going to take our orders? “ and they say no we are closed! We had been standing in line for over 30 min. it’s 8:50 and you close at 9:00pm there is still 10 min! And the girls says, “we need to clean before we close at 9:00.”How inconsiderate and rude! Yes The Karen came out in me and I said to them you could have said to us we are no longer taking any orders at 8:20 even though we close at 9:00! We have Been waiting In line for over 30 min! So rude I will not be giving them my business ever again!
Had to wait for lone attendant to exit back office. Menu with prices of Blizzards covered up by advertisement. Charged extra for peanut butter sauce. Which has never been the case. As recent as 4 months ago when I was last here. Too few DQ's in this area. But I will never come here again. Shame having grown up with one and liking it as a comfort.
