In general this place is very consistent. Food taste is good. Quality is good amount is fair for the price. However not all CupBops are the same. I find when they open a new store they struggle for a bit until they get these kids trained up. I eat at the WV CupBop once a week for lunch. Good stuff! And not adding ponds to my waste at only 600 calories. ?
Recent first timer, got the Rock Bob with level 7.5 sauce and it was excellent. Will eat here again. Only thing I would suggest you do is get the extra meat option, to get more of that delicious chicken.
I found a unicorn, a Korean restaurant that charges for kimchi; king Sejong is spinning in his tomb. Food is ok. The prices are a bit high for what is basically bibimbop without an egg. Some people have said this used to be a food truck and if that's true, it makes sense. I'll go get a killer dolsot bibimbop at any Korean restaurant for about the same price and have included banchan (side dishes) so I don't know what these people are trying to get at other than play off people's ignorance of what is literally a few miles away. No reason to dine in because they charge $3 for a bottle of water; the same price for bottled coke, and no option for a cup of water. tldr. skip this place and just go to a local Korean restaurant. You'll get better food for the same money, get included side dishes, and not have to pay for a cup of water.
Delicious food with generous portions. When ordering gluten free, the staff are incredibly contentious and make sure everything is safe without cross contamination. This is the first place we've been where they change gloves between gluten and gluten free! All of the staff were very sweet and welcoming and we really enjoyed our experience.
Super fun and energetic atmosphere, and the food was excellent. We loved it and we'll definitely be back.
First time at cupbop. Great customer service and great food.
I'm SO happy they opened on the west side of West Valley! I love the Rock Bop and the Mandoo. The service is typically really good. They have been out of the tangy sauce and vegetables this week. Great food.
The idea of this place is neat. The bowls are nice size, for a portion. But its nothing special. 2.5 stars. For 2 adults, one teen, and a 5 year old, our bill was 50$. Saw the sign on the highway and wanted to try it. What I liked most actually, was my small side of Kimchi. That was actually really good.
I love cupbop, it’s my favorite place to go eat. This one is the closest to my house and I was happy When it opened up. However I don’t think I can get to this location anymore. I’ve gone there three times in the last month and they are constantly out of chicken… it’s better to stay away then to always be disappointed when your halfway of ordering your food just to find out the meat you want is gone and then you gotta leave and find something else to eat in the area
Horrible service. None of the staff had any urgency while making orders. They were very unorganized, order tickets were just laying around the counter in a mess. I placed a pickup order and arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time. A total of 7 single customers and 2 sets of couples walked in and received their food before I had gotten mine. I finally got my food after an additional 26 minutes of waiting. Don’t waste your time here. Go across the street and have BumbleBees.
