so beautiful place. The staff are friendly and welcome me. 'Welcome to Cupbop' and ask a question. 'It's your first time here' I reply 'Yes!!' Dumpling service is available. I ordered a combo, and I ordered rock chicken and barbecue fork. The sauce was set to 7.5. I ordered kimchi and Korean drink Milkis. The food was so delicious. The staff told me. 'see you tomorrow' I'll pick up a friend and come again tomorrow.
Usually a good experience. It is convenient and tasty. It can be very expensive. You get a combo, a side and a drink and you spend almost 20 dollars and the amount of food you get is very little in compare to places like Cafe Rio. I still like supporting small or growing local business but I appreciate when they come up with promotions. I wish they had meal prices to make everything more accessible specially when some of the employees don't measure the portions right. In any case the food is tasty and it is worth trying it. My favorite is Korean beef with rock with sauce teriyaki. Can be very high in calories since all the sauces are pure Mayonnaise.

As much as I love Cupbop, this location's service isn't the best. The person at the counter didn't seem to pay attention to my order at all, even though I repeated myself--two Doochi bops, extra tofu on both. One with no rice. They seemed hassled to make the tofu for my Doochi--why offer tofu if it's a pain for the staff to make? After patiently waiting the 10 minutes for the tofu (which I really, really don't mind), I didn't get extra at all, but I'd already paid. The location down 5600 have seemed kinder and they listen, and don't seem to mind--I wish I had gone there instead.
This was my first Cupbop experience and the staff was super kind and the food was amazingly yummy. Cute little park area out front and very clean store. Keep it up.
This place is awesome! Delicious food that was served fast and fresh. The staff is helpful and efficient. They also made the experience fun.We stopped by for a quick bite during our vacation from San Diego, CA. If they had one of these in my area, I would eat here every day!
Super yum! Different from the usual takeout joints for sure. Had everything on the menu by now; nothing that I would steer you away from at all.Prob eaten here 30+ times in the last 2 years … serving size can vary a bit depending on who’s behind the counter. Folks are friendly and service is quick, generally. Dining room is usually clean outside of peak hours too.
This was my first time going to this place. We both got the Korean BBQ Pork bowl. I had mine with level 8 spice and the other one is level 1 spice. I really enjoyed this. Just remember to fully mix the sauce with the whole of it, or you will have a weird blend of too spicy and no spice. The customization and the spicy level was awesome. I think next time I will have to get more vegetables.

Love this location! Staff is friendly, fast & energetic. Food is so good!! Portions are an added plus. Love that you can watch them out your meal together like other eatery’s… It’s also clean and spacious at this location. Great job Cupbop West Valley!
