There is usually a wait because they make your order fresh, however on my last visit there were no customers inside dining, I counted at least 6 employees pass by the drive thru window while I was waiting to pay.Once I paid it took approximately 25 minutes for them to bring my order. There were only 2 cars waiting ahead of me. Not the service I usually get.

Totally shocked and disappointed when trying to purchase the root beer float special. For some stupid reason, they wanted to charge us 3-4 times more just for diet root beer rather than regular root beer. To my knowledge, both diet and regular come from the same machine. I've never been charged more for a diet drink anywhere but here. Needless to say, it wasn't worth it to us so we canceled the order and went elsewhere.

The place was clean, the employees were very kind. The service is a bit slower than it seems it should be. The food was fine. It's very easy to get in and out if you're traveling North, a bit of a challenge at certain times of the day if you're traveling south.

Stopped for lunch for 1st time…Ordered Fish & Chips. Absolutely delicious! Facility was very clean. Employees were very attentive & courteous. I will definitely return again to sample other menu items…. I hear the burgers are awesome & was told not to skip the ice cream!

As a drive up, fast food establishment I will always pick a Culver's over any other place in the vicinity. They are not everywhere but they are the best ? in the business. Not only do they have the best butter burgers, crinkle fries but they make the best salt Carmel cements, it's their very own type of shake. They come in about 30 or more flavors, so thick, rich and creamy , they are a must try. Once you've tasted their food you will have a great experience with their old fashioned food and desserts. You too will become a Culver's addict like my family and friends.

We had to wait 35 MINUTES seated at the dine-in because THEY FORGOT OUR ORDER! We asked at the counter a couple of times if the order was ready and in the second time they realized somebody forgot to made it. The order was 3 simple shakes, flavor of the day...

Good food BUT When you ask through the drive-through speaker if you want ketchup or fry sauce it would be really nice to get your fry sauce that you ask for. Good thing I kind of know how to make it at home.

Fast food done slooowwwwwwlyyy pull up and wait and wait and wait. 3 ppl in front of me and waited 6 mins to pay and total 15 to 17 mins total. For a patty melt that had and over cooked burger on it and the time before 12 min for shrimp I don't get it

My wife sat at the pickup window for ten minutes for two ice cream cones and when she was finally served they said “oh! We thought you already got it!” and handed her two melted ice cream cones that were clearly sitting on the counter that whole time. So by the time the custard got home it was fully melted. Not what we usually expect from Culver’s.Oh and the single scoops were hilariously tiny.

Just had the most disappointing dinner of my life!!!! This location use to have good food and cared about the quality, and now it seems they have hired staff and managers that could care less about the quality or the customer experience. My mushroom and Swiss burger was such a great mess that it was falling off the bun, which was smothered in grease BTW, in fact it was so greasy that I couldn’t even eat one more bite! The burger was so gross and extremely hard to eat. My cats wet food looked more appetizing than the burger I received. I wish I could say that was the end of the horrible experience, but it’s not!! Not only was my soda flat, but they were aware, but just to busy to change it! (Spoken from the managers mouth) Then when my husband went to the restaurant to have them correct the mistake, he had to argue with them for 10 minutes to correct a mistake they made and something that had been paid for! I will never eat at this location again, because it’s obvious Culver’s does not respect or appreciate my money, my time, or my patronage! It seems to me that this staff and the managers need to go through some serious hospitality training. There’s way better eating places around the area, so save your money, and eat somewhere else, because if you eat here, you’ll be throwing your money away!!!Thank goodness for the Raising Cane’s across the street
