Their cookies are exceptional and delivery is always in good timing. There was only one time the Uber driver dropped my order. Crumbl gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep my cookies.
Great cookies but unfortunately they do not pay attention to the special instructions. We have young kids who have been in bed when we have placed orders for delivery. I asked that they do not ring the doorbell or knock when they deliver but they still did and woke the kids. This is the 2nd time that has happened.
The guys packaging my order was super sloppy. I felt bad saying anything to him but regret not saying so. My vanilla bean cookie was so warm still that the frosting was just melting off and going onto the other cookie in the box. This was only one second of getting in my car. It continued to keep melting all over in the box.
I had an interesting experience tonight at Crumbl in West Valley on 3500 South. I placed my order and the associate (named Maya) asked me if I would like to leave a tip, I said. Sure. Then she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said, no, that’s ok! She never flipped the screen around and let me add my tip, so I reminded her that I was going to leave a tip and she said, oh I entered it for you… ?. So I asked her how much she entered and she said “one dollar.” I explained that it isn’t up to the sales associate to decide how much I would leave for a gratuity. So I asked for a receipt. I went over to the area where my order was being boxed up and put my readers on and noticed that she didn’t add one dollar to the receipt, she added much more. I asked to speak to a manager and Maya hurried and ran back to the manager, to try and get her story in before I spoke to her. Stephanie was the manager, she was very nice and refunded my “tip”. But I have realized the SCAM here. If you say you want to leave a tip and you don’t want a receipt, they will take the liberty of adding what they want to your receipt. This was intentional AND dishonest! Maya should not be employed with Crumbl.
Always had good customer service, the cookies are always amazing. I’ve bought them as gifts for others or for my family to enjoy and haven’t been disappointed once. Both at Jordan landing and west valley locations.
They took away the only cookie worth getting so I took away my stars for them, because that is how much it’s worth going there without the pink sugar cookie. #bringbackthepink
The Door dash left my birthday cookies by the door and never bothered to ring the bell or knock on the door. As the receptionist, I saw him but not the cookies. He looked at his phone and left. We found the cookies an hour later. The store is to make up a new package and to bring them back to me so I can finally enjoy my birthday surprise.
I have a question but have not been able to find any where or anyone to answer. I signed up for Crumbl crumbs rewards but used my land line instead of mobile phone, no one told me it needed to be mobile. I now have $10.00 but I can’t use it because they can’t send the code to the land line, how can I get this added onto my mobile number which I have now entered so that I don’t lose it? When the girl helping me talked with the manager he just said I’ll have to talk with the corporate office on line. Wasn’t any help at all. I tried to find someway online to text, message or talk with someone who could help and found nothing. If someone could give me some help it would be greatly appreciated. Cookies are great but management not so much.
We love Crumbl cookies they’re amazing… 10 out of 10 recommend staff is always upbeat happy and polite and the cookies are delicious
Great Crumbl experience. Cookies were amazing as always. I had a pretty good sized order (3 dozen) and they had them boxed and frosted within 5 minutes of me arriving to pick them up.
