Um where do I start. First got skipped because the host was busy on her phone texting instead of listening to me that my phone died and needed to update my number. We didn't even wait in our car we was sitting right there.Food was disgusting. My steak didn't make any sense . Some parts were well done/rare/medium. Raw asparagus the avocado said on the menu it is grilled. Not grilled raw. Shrimp was rubbery. Rice was burnt. Usually I find the good in restaurants but this was was just awful. Waited an hr for food just for it to be raw..... Anyways the waitress was sweet so that's all I can say. Go somewhere else. This location needs help. Paying $43 for food I complained about should have been acknowledged but didn't. My hubby will eat anything so he did what he had to do poor guy.
Normally I love coming here, I always get the $25 meal for 2 people with a buddy and it usually works out with no problems. However, this time was terrible I got my meal like normal but we never got the appetizer or the dessert but didn't get charged for the dessert which actually made it more expensive because it wasn't apart of the meal. We tried asking for our remaining food and for the payment to be fixed about 3 times but she always said she'd get on it and never did, ended up waiting for about an hour before we got fed up and payed. I know being a waiter is rough and it was especially hard for her this time because she was the only one in her zone but you would have thought after how much we asked and waited something would have gotten fixed but never did.
This restaurant was so bad I wish I could rate it zero stars. Terrible terrible terrible. We were seated and waited a good 10-15 minutes for our waitress to even come to our table to take our drink order. Then another 10-15 minutes for her to even bring us the drinks. Then waited another 30 ish minutes for the food to come out when it was almost 9 pm on a Tuesday and the restaurant was almost empty (hardly anyone was in there) my friends food came out cold and she informed the waitress who said she would bring her out a new one which never came. She literally never brought it out. No drink refills. When I asked for the check I told the waitress the service we received was terrible and her response was “that’s cool I don’t care” LITERALLY. I can’t even make this up. No I’m sorry. Just “that’s cool I don’t care” and then I told her clearly I could tell that she doesn’t care based on the service we received and she just walked off. Whoever the manager is at this restaurant really needs to train his or hers employees in customer service and time management. The fact the restaurant had hardly anyone in it but it took so long for our waitress to come to our table, took her so long to take our drink order, took her so long to bring our drinks and food out. When we could literally see the employees in the back just standing around chilling. Just wow.

Exceptional service! We ordered our food but my wife forgot to ask for certain ingredients to be excluded. When the food arrived we were disappointed we had forgotten to remember to ask - but our waitress Deanna, went above an beyond and had it replated - even though it was our fault. When the food came out, the manager Natalie delivered it personally and apologized for - what was our mistake. Then when the bill arrived - the had given my wife that meal for free - again, even though it was our error. Natalie and Deanna made this an exceptional visit and we plan to return to one of our favorite restaurants. Thank you both!!!
Petra was absolutely amazing tonight. She was very friendly and attentive to our table. She was getting us drinks without us asking. I was trying to fill out the survey, but it unfortunately kicked me out. Bottom line, Petra was the best server I've ever had at this location.

Got a To-Go order today. Got 2 for $25 yet they charged me almost $30. Idk. Took them almost an hour to get my order out. My food was stale and hard and the French fries were so soggy. Corn was old and mushy. It was disgusting I didn’t even wanna eat it. Ordered white queso with it and they gave me some nasty bean dip. So I called them saying I was dissatisfied and wanted a refund. They said I had to come back. So I drove 20 minutes back just to still get mistreated. Since I paid with gift card, they could not refund it back on my gift card and needed to issue another gift card. The manger claims she was out of gift cards or couldn’t find them. So she gave us Be Our Guest cards that we can use at chili’s that only equaled up till $20. And she took our food back. So basically she served me old gross food and still didn’t give me a full refund. Took them 30 minutes just to get half my money back and I didn’t wanna waste my time there anymore.
