I ordered what I thought I was seeing on the sign (on the picture) and got a totally different sandwich, six hours later right after work, I went inside the store and complain about it and the store manager was very polite and profesional and explained the differece between how one name of a sandwich can have up to three differnt kinds, as a customer I learned that if you don't know the manu, I need to be more specific and read everything I see on the picture if I want to get what I want!thank you really for feeding us with good quality of food, great service and profesionalism.
Service was lackluster and slow. The buns were dry and stale. People were nice but new. Maybe ill try again in a month or two.
They had to take my order twice cause they were messing around with other coworkers. I could hear whistling through the drive thru which just was surprising. I specifically said NO KETCHUP NO MAYO. Then they made me wait at the window for almost 15 minutes just to give me a stale top bun a super soggy drenched bottom bun. OVERLOADED with ketchup and mayo. And there’s no excuse because I was the only one in line for the almost 20 minutes I spent there. They need a better manager or something. Something needs to be done. I spent about $12 on something I can’t eat. And it’s even more frustrating when I only have 30 minutes to have lunch. And they made me spend half just waiting for their nasty food cause they’re too lazy to make what I had actually ordered. Zero stars if there was an option.
I like there shake here. They are buy far the best shake from any fast food restaurant the only problem is they only come in one side which is what I would consider a small for a not so small priceso that's why I had to nock them a star. Will update review when they update there shake.

Server a little slow to take orders. Good time to get my food. Everything was hot and very good. It was very clean. Not alot of people on there to eat. Drive-up was busy.
Waited 20 minutes in line for cold burger, cold fries (I didn't order) and was then overcharged for someone else's order. The women taking orders seemed like she had no idea what she was doing.This is why people need to be paid a living wage. Things are only going to get worse.
Needed to use the restroom before ordering. And the woman wouldn't give me the code until I ordered. Tried to order and I had coupons. And then she tried to charge me for a small drink on a kids meal that already comes with a drink. She's not very bright
Very disappointed. There was no one in the drive thru so I thought it would be quick service but I was waiting at the window for about 10 minutes. The sprite was watered down and my food was cold. The fries were cold and even my burger was cold. The lettuce on my burger was brown. I can’t believe I paid $22 for poor quality food. I don’t know how the other Carl’s Jr.’s are but this one is not very good. Wouldn’t come to this one again.
We didn't have a car, lobby was closed so we were going to get someone to order for us but Carl's said they'd take our order at the window. They ended up giving our order to one of the vehicles. We ended up standing outside in the cold for an hour. Good food but not very quick, usually slow whenever we go to this location.
