Got me some Carl's Jr tonight because I know the food is good but when I pull out the fry sauce and the one container isn't closed all the way so it's gets all over my shirt and pants and counter and floor, that's not cool. Second container of fry sauce looks closed but it's all leaked out to the bottom of my bag. Napkins are soaked. Can't even use them. Not cool at all Carl's Jr. I thought you had my back.
I am honestly so tired of going to this location. The employees are always so rude, and hostile. The food is always extremely cold, and nothing is ever all there. Bottom line, I'm calling corporate. Because I've never had a decent experience here.
My order consisted mainly of old food that had been reheated or something. The fries were DISGUSTING! I love Carl's Jr. so this was a very upsetting experience. I will definitely avoid this location and urge others to do the same. Quality here is not up to standards. Gross!!!
This place gets really irritating I don't get why u would pick the person who speaks the least about of English taking orders at least 75% of the time at least 1 or more items in my order are wrong which is so annoying because when the person taking orders actually knows what they are doing my order is correct but that is rare because like I said they always have the person who doesn't know much English taking orders don't get me wrong im hispa ic but I don't want a person who doesn't know what they are saying or understanding what I'm saying taking my order
I was ordering my food and they switched in between before I finished ordering so we had to repeat what we ordered and we only got four burgers out of the five. The food was still good.
I love the Food. Carl's Jr is the Best fast food restaurant. In MY opinion. The steak and egg Breakfast burrito are just yummy. Try it, you'll like it.
Got burgers and Onion Rings. I get Lettuce wraps on some burgers. They did a GREAT JOB. Lettuce was crisp and tasty. Rings were crisp and hot. And most important, they remembered all our order!!! Hard to find that nowadays! GOOD JOB CARLs Jr!!!!!!! Will be back!!
This is my favorite fast food place. I love their jalapeno poppers and they have really good fries good cimmon roles and their burgers are okay
Ordered 2 milkshakes online for pickup. The machine was broken. My card was charged. I was told to contact door dash. Call Carl's Jr and it's their fax number! Poor customer service. Never again. Carl's Jr must need money.
Service was good. The whole lobby full of high school kids swearing and not buying anything is off putting.....
