Well was in line at 920 pm waited in line until 948 to bold they were not taking anymore orders . Well since they closed at 10 don't make your customer wait in line whilst the time goes by and not finishe your bussnines operation hours causing 9 customers to have to be trapped in the lane whilst all the other food places close. Ridiculous do better or close your doors.
I just wanted to put a in put on the situation that happened with your former employee, I have been there many times, and all of you have always been so helpful and kind you guys never did anything that I think would go any further, but I think if there is any problem with your employe and the costumer before firing anyone you should look at the camera’s and see what really happen because it’s not fair to the employe that does a good job.
My kids like to come for the kids meals and I sure do love the guac burger. I like taking the fam here when I'm to tired from work to do some cooking. I like this place!

Haven’t gone to Carl’s Jr. In a while but with the experience I got today wow! I’m definitely coming more the manager Mayela made the experience so wonderful the food was delicious and the place was so clean brought the kids to play she made sure to come by and make sure I’m doing okay and asking if i would like anything else. All in all the experience was amazing!
Recently came back since I haven’t had Carl’s Jr. K a while and the staff were friendly and they got my order out quickly considering the line they had. Saw they had new management so I’ll be more inclined to come back
Figured we would try Carl’s Jr. breakfast and wow how disgusting ? the breakfast sandwich wasn’t even cooked. The sausage egg and cheese was so nasty it was cold about made me puke. Sausage was pink in the middle WILL NOT BE RETURNING and the supervisor/manger Mayela D was very rude over the phone she hung up on me when I was trying to talk to her and she wanted me to bring food back that was for a business that people had already took bites of but I will be getting hold of the of the corporation for this supervisor being rude to customer and hang up on them Not professional to be a supervisor if she’s gonna do that to customers. Food conaistantly good, staff are friendly and management is great. They helped me sort out my meal when I ordered wrong burger.

This location does not close at midnight, as I arrived at 11:30 pm, and they were no longer taking orders. There were still several workers inside and they had advised me they were already closed. It would be nice to have the correct hours posted on Google. If your location closes earlier than midnight, then put up the correct hours. If you close at midnight, then close at midnight!
