My lobster bisk soup was rotten and should have been thrown out not served to anyone. My wife's soup is Natick tomato puree with no basil at all. There was a very long black hair in the BBQ salad, and no one in my house has long hair so I know it's not from here. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there's no negative rating. Update the manager helped make it right he was very helpful
We just had takeout from here for a business lunch but really enjoyed my panini and the berry salad. Both were excellent, and the chocolate dipped strawberry was a nice touch.
Very clean looking place. It was bright and clean. The decor was pretty nice, clean, modern. There was no wait but it was 9:30 at night. The worker kinda was nice but it seemed...snooty. I was getting off work, and i was a little gross looking. Food service itself was fast. Only issue was just the worker.
The prices are ridiculous. The guy that made my sandwich was awesome and personable. The gal that helped with soups was giving drops of soup for samples- as if every drop was coming out of her paycheck. This was my first time back in years and I don't think I'll be back. We were still hungry and we spent so much money per person. Next time I'll just go to Kneaders.
I love all of the salad, soup, and sandwich options. The portion size and quality seems to vary quite a bit depending on which location you visit or who is working. I feel like a $12 salad should be the same size every time, no matter the location. I love their kid's meals. They are filling and give the kids some variety and choice. The creme brulee is delectable.
I usually love this place, but my last visit I ended up waiting over 15 minutes in my car (curbside pickup) before I called the store and found out that their tablet was broken- so they don't get the notification that I was there. Totally fine- it's not their fault (except they knew it was an issue and still didn't find a solution) , but the frustrating thing was that on top of waiting for a long time, I got home and realized my food wasn't correct. Really friendly staff, but disappointed in the service this time around.
Love these guys, my favorite zupas to go to. I’ll come in on my lunch break they’ll get me through the line so fast I actually get to enjoy my food! Great environment, clean and the food is of course the best part!!!
Best Zupas location by far!!They were so nice!! Many smiles and multiple people wished my 2 year old happy birthday :)Also, they are the only location that will let me buy a catering cookie when I'm getting a normal meal. Several other locations have told me it's not possible. This location does the impossible!! :)I will definitely be back!
The most horrible zupas I’ve ever been to. So dirty. Old salad ingredients. Soups are completely different. They don’t clean off the tables, and they don’t even have their drink infusions running. Go to a different one. Seriously
Worst customer service tonight. I ordered through DoorDash and when I got my order there was a note that they were out of eggs, which I get, things happen. But when I opened up my salad there was nothing but lettuce and chicken. I even paid extra for the extra toppings. I called the store and spoke to their manager, his answer...."Since you ordered through DoorDash, you will have to get a refund through them and then drive over to get a replacement." The problem was not with DoorDash, they got it here in a timely manner, the problem is with the store. This is the third time this particular store has screwed up an order of mine when I order online. I have never had a problem at other locations. I will never order through this location again. After reading other reviews it seems to be an ongoing problem even though management comments they will talk to the location.
