Sooooooooo good!!! Me & my bf both got the barbacoa burritos & they were so good. & They had a sauce that wasnt spicy for me so that made me happy cuz i can't handle spicy! They were busy but it didnt take too long!
Did not have a good experience. The place was not busy, they didn't get our order write I ordered three salads and only got one dressing, I paid for an extra one so should have been four... I asked twice if they got the dressing in the bag, should have checked before we left. Will not be going back to this location.
This is the lowest quality location I've been to, the rice was hard and the troughs of food were a mess. The staff are pretty friendly however
Loved it! Felt a little rushed going through the order line but if you know me, I will order what I want and how I want so I always speak loud and firm. That’s just me. ? I mean, I’m about to give you some money so I’d like to be sure I’m paying for what I’m asking for so the rushed feeling I got from the girl starting my order got shut down real quick.I was like , “ma’am, that’s just the first order, I have 4 more to fill so listen carefully yeah?” ???Sure she rolled her eyes in the back of her head (I would too.?)Anyway, got through the line, no waiting for me during this visit and checkout was easy breezy.Only thing, I forgot forks. ?Took the food to the work team at our garage and was like… no forks… use the screwdrivers. ?? nah, I was able to scrounge up plastic forks.Thanks cafe rio! Food was ??!!??
This is a good restaurant, and I really like atmosphere. Definitely a restaurant to check out if you're by the valley Fair Mall. And their tres leches cake is my favorite, even more when they're free. Those surgery's I do pay off, and that's why I keep going back for more?
Just stopped by the West Valley location by the Valley Fair Mall and got arguably the worst burrito I have ever had in my life. This location has gone extremely downhill. So much so that I had taken a little over a year break from eating here and instead go to Costa Vida now. I asked them why they were ok giving me a burrito that is torn and opened up like this and they had no reply and no care to remake me a new one. Definitely won’t visit Cafe Rio after this ever again
It was my first time there. Nice place, vibe, very family oriented. But the staff didn't help me get the most out of the salad I ordered. When I saw my friends' salads they looked much better, so I guess I'll pay more attention next time.
I love the sweet pork burrito and Dr Pepper. It's a great combo

Food is ok, online ordering process needs improvement.Placed order through doordash, app claims business does not allow especial request, to contact restaurant directly for changes.I called restaurant directly, they told me it's actually the driver that does that part and to text driver. So, I did. Texted driver and was told restaurant had already completed the step and was told she couldn't change it.All I wanted was my drink with no ice......Even after going through the extra steps, which should be easier by allowing it in the app, I still was unable to get the order how I wanted it. Hope management actually reads this as with other reviews.
