This is my review of this location as a missionary. This location is pretty okay. Waited about an hour for service, and when we got our food the amount of fries was less than ideal. Giving three stars because the waitress (Alisha) was nice and made ordering/paying fast and easy.

I have mixed feelings about this location. The boneless wings were really good, but someone forgot the rest of our food and we didn't end up getting it until we were almost done with the wings. The cleanliness has really gone down hill from when we used to go all the time.-The floor was dirty and gross.-we were seated at a dirty table with sticky marks from Spilled drinks, clearly had not been cleaned at all.-My Husband said the men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It honestly just felt like a dive, It was disappointing.

I've ordered from this location twice, once as take out and once when was ill using doordash. Both times I've ordered the same thing their buffalo blu burger. Never once have they gotten close to getting the order right. My burger doesn't even have cheese let alone blu cheese. I paid for a 13$ burger and get an 8$ burger instead everytime. I will never order from this franchise again. I could ignore a mistake on door dash. I'm sure they are far from priority orders. But if you can't even verify that the burger someone ordered for take out in person is correct you have a serious problem.

Do not come here unless you want to all eat at separate times. From when our first friend got their food to when I got my food was about 35 minutes apart. We all got our food at different times at least 10 minutes apart and the appetizers were given after the wings got to us. I didn’t even get to eat with everyone and when I took it home my wings were wrong. My server with the face tattoos was amazing it’s your cooks you need to change they obviously have NO idea what their doing or just don’t care anymore.

Gosh, the service and wait times at this place is so horrible. I've been to lots of Buffalo Wild Wings and haven't ever had bad experiences like I have here. Unfortunately it is the closest one to where I live. I own a company and recognize the importance of good management, and service. I would loose customers if I allowed my company to not take care of our clients. I also understand the importance of good Google reviews, so I try at all costs not to leave bad ones for other companies. Unfortunately, this location has given me repeated bad experiences, so I hate to leave this review, but it seems to be fairly parallel with other reviews I have read from others. I am now at Wing Stop next door and I am having an amazing experience!First experience I had, my buddy and I ordered food. It took around 30 minutes to get my food, but my buddies food didn't show. I waiting 15 minutes (because I don't like to eat without my company eating), but he insisted on me eating my now cold food and not wait for him. Out of some frustration due to our waitress not checking back to see how the food was, and that we could notify her that his food didn't show. I went back to the kitchen opening to ask for out waitress, only to find a handful of employees hanging out having a good time. Finally got his food another 30 minutes after mine came.Second experience was oddly similar. Same friend I was there eating with. My food took approx 35 min to come, and to our frustrated surprise, his food didn't show. We looked at each other and thought, "is this dejavu"? Again I waited to eat, until it was obnoxious thinking I would be eating cold food again. Got the waitresses attention, she said she would go check on it. After 10 minutes, she returned and said she had forgot to put the order in. I'm a very understanding person so I thought, well, things happen. Then his wings came out 40 minutes later, and wouldn't you know, they forgot about his fries... really??? Then it was another 20 minutes for fries. We vowed we would never return. Until today we were craving wings, so we tried one last time today. Terrible... We got there and stood waiting for the host for 10 minutes with no one else in line. After she came and greeted us (very nice host) we were seated. We then sat for 20 minutes waiting for a waitress, and no one came to ask if we wanted drinks or anything. I couldn't do it, and I have an immense amount of patience. We watched employees hanging out chatting having a good time, but again no service. Last time I will go there, and unfortunately everyone talks. I will never refer someone to go to this location, and I will direct them all to Wing Stop across the parking lot where we are having some amazing wings and a great experience! I'd pay $1,000 for a good experience after having several terrible experiences in a row. Corporate needs to do a secret undercover visit to see how terrible it is here. They need to show up unannounced to see for real how bad it is. Management needs to be revamped and customer service needs to become a focus here. I would actually be surprised if Wing Stop doesn't grow into Buffalo Wild Wings location so we can all be happy with a local wing place to get food and not be too crowded.

I keep trying and trying with this location but I’m currently 0-3 here. With only two other parties that have already been served service was exceptionally slow from when we were seated it took us 15 minutes just for the waitress to introduce her self. After that it took an extra 15 minutes to revive our drinks and 30 minutes for our food only for our food to come and and taste like it has been reheated 4 times. Never able to get refills on anything due to our waitress only delivering the food and taking our check. Buffalo Wild Wings West valley is easily the worst location to visit for a dining experience of them all poor food serve poor customer service and dissatisfied customers all around. Sadly I doubt they’ll do anything and I’ll I’m going to get is a respond to our faq page which I have and service is the same.

Probably one of the worst experiences ever. Our waiter was busy chatting with his friends at another table and going outside... Drinks came about 15 min after we ordered them. Took about 40 min to get our food. Brought half the food out which was cold and hard, took about 30 min to get the rest of the food, also cold and hard. Watched a table of people come in after us get their drinks, appetizers, and food before we got our appetizers. This was aweful we will NEVER be back!!! The worst part is they weren't even busy!!!!

They gave my take-out order to another patronage. After bringing the order back because it wasn't theirs, the server tried giving it to me. I told the server that I was not comfortable taking this order home to my family because it left the building with another customer and that I would like a new order prepared. She refused and was argumentative. I ended up cancelling my order. Instead of refunding my money, my wanted me to take a gift card. Something about returns being difficult to process, which is surprising since everything is done electronically. I had to insist that they refund the amount to my credit card. Perhaps passing orders from customer to customer was the norm a couple years ago but not today. Makes me wonder how seriously Buffalo Wild Wings takes cleanliness and customer safety. Between this and the rudeness of the staff, I would think twice about eating here.

Really bad service at this location. I got my food 30 minutes before my friend got hers.We weren’t even able to eat together. No communication from the waitress. The hostess was this little girl that gave me attitude and told me she wouldn’t talk to me unless I had a mask on.. then she seated multiple people without masks.I should have recorded all the interactions.

This place is great, the staff are awesome and friendly, and everyone just feels like your friend. The food is amazing, everything tastes just like if you were to cook fresh meat at a fire grilled BBQ, and then their sauces go from "obliterate your mouth" to "just a little tang." Last time I went there, my friend's order was a little bit late and the manager himself came out and apologized, even taking it off the bill, you can tell these people care about their customers more than the money. If you haven't gone here, you got to, if you have, you know what I'm talking about. Definitely coming back here again, I've already made it a tradition to go here every year on my birthday. Seriously, if you haven't been here, cancel tomorrow night's plans cuz you got new ones
