Great place. They were patient with us when our cars wasn't working right and did forget to give oatmilk vs regular milk in one of our drinks but quickly fixed it without question. They were very nice and I would come again.
So, I ran into patrick today. I had already experienced a little of patrick in the past. Previously getting my order wrong completely but luckily that day, competent co-workers were there to help me out. Previously, that location is out of large cups, so what they did was split my large order into two small ones and charge me for a large. Ok, fine. patrick however, couldn't understand that concept. He said he could only do a medium. I explained what had been done before and I swear he looked right through me like I wasn't there and asked, "so you want a medium?", no, two small, charge me for a large. and then he tried to charge me more instead of the large price. and then, when for the last time, I asked what I wanted, he asked again, "so you want a medium?" and starts laughing. I gave him a nice piece of my mind and left. I'm waiting to hear from the manager. Let's see how long that takes.
The staff were friendly and the wifi is great. We were looking for a spot to work for a couple of hours and this worked out great. The drinks, muffins and donuts were really good too.
Good staff, clean cafe with a lot of windows.I don't like how they have their bathrooms locked and the only way to open them is by requesting a key that is zip-tied to a large whisk. It felt like getting a hall pass in grade school, and people take them into the one stall with them, which seems really unsanitary.
The female that took my order was rude. I came in she just stood there looking at me didn’t greet me or anything. I said hi she didn’t say anything back. I was asking questions she seemed completely put out to answer them. Just incredibly short and the attitude was incredibly unnecessary. A gentleman comes in after me and her disposition completely changed. Her coworker was pleasant but she could use an attitude adjustment or another job.
I love Beans and Brews. I moved to a state without any, and it's been a sad few years.
Insecure female working that makes it miserable for any female that enters. Change your attitude or don’t work in customer service. Third time I’ve had to deal with her attitude won’t be back
Yesterday was my first time at this location and it was horrible. The customer service was awful. The kid making my drink dropped my cup on the ground then proceeded to use it anyways. Got mine and my husband's drink wrong. One of the girls was working in slippers and the outside of the building was trashed! Garbage everywhere and the dumpster area right outside of the door was absolutely disgusting. There was more trash on the ground outside and around it then there was in the dumpster. That location is just disgusting.
You guys really need to work on getting new staff. It’s obvious that the staff that works morning does not want to be here, and they have the worst attitudes. ?
Got 5 drinks for 20 bucks. I do recommend the Expresso float.
