DO NOT GO HERE!! HORRIBLE SERVICEI would not recommend this location especially in the mornings they are to damn slow. I loved working as barista so when there's two cars including myself in drive thru it shouldn't take so long and the boy working drive thru was very rude and almost shut the window on me without my straw rudely and this was this morning!
I would always recommend this beans and brews always such a friendly staff and they are very quick!
The staff is rude and not willing to take accountability for their mistakes even after repeating order 2x, and still handed out a wrong size beverage. I instead was met with an reactive response. Won’t be visiting this location and might be awhile before I visit any of their other locations.
Employees are not very friendly at all. Ordered a small frozen Mr B's with 2extra shots, as I do anytime I visit B&B, this one I know didn't have it in there and when I asked they said yes there is. I told them it was to sweet to not have them in there and completely ignored me and my concern. I will NEVER visit this location again. Not to mention did even ask if I have the app for my points and when I ask for a receipt the lady seemed as if she was put out. I wish I could take my tip back....this type of service doesn't deserve a tip. Very disappointed ☹️
My family stopped here on our visit to Salt Lake City and was disappointed. We seen Beans & Brews all over Utah so we thought we'd try it (we're from AZ so there are none here). Both mine and my husband's coffee tasted burnt with no flavor. We both ordered a caramel Cielo, but mine was decaf and both were undrinkable we had to toss them. We definitely will not visit again.
Okay, this coffee is GOOD. Visiting from out of state and am impressed by this. I recommend the dark roast or the Caramel Cielo latte.
The in side room is always locked and closed on weekends so you can’t go in. Even though it says open. We don’t go to this one anymore. Don’t waste your time
No wifi. I had been in Salt Lake from Dec 2021 to mid January 2022. The wifi was working. Even before Dec 2021, I regularly visit this marvelous city. Im back this April 2022. Weather is excellent. I think came with that good weather is their blocking of their wifi for public use. I dont know but maybe they're worried about the place being a hub people just coming to hang out and use their wifi. (Summer is approaching) Certainly not. Their parking lot barely got full before they decided to block their wifi from public use. I was going to inquire about franchising, though.
Lindsey by far makes the best coffee I have had..My only regret is I'm passing through and I can't drink coffee here every day... the Turkey pesto....fantastic as well this place is pretty top notch in my reviews
This is the worst espresso ever over priced sorry cup of coffee I tried it for 5 days when my truck was in the shop felt that like that TV show the good place was almost ready to stop drinking coffee .really nice people though
