I went there and ordered 3 strawberry FrappesThe employee asked me if I wanted whip cream i said yes I Got to the window and they looked like they were chocolate so I so I asked them if it was chocolate he said no we put a shot of expresso in it got home i tried It Drove back within 5 minutesTold them Sorry to be a pain But this taste too much like coffee I don't like coffee ask him if he could make 2 of them over again with out coffee And was told Since I tried it which was a sip out of only one They couldn't do anything for me But I could reorder it He said that they all heard me ask for espresso which wasn't true i Wasn't gonna argue with the employee and already spending $22 and $2 tip I Wasn't gonna reorder
Whenever I'm in town I always stop at this location. Sunday I drove in for my morning cuppa but the drive through wasn't available. 2 of your employees were just outside the front door so I yelled asking if they were open. Apparently the electricity just went out so one of them apologized and asked me kind of drink I was looking for. Just a brewed French Roast and he immediately said, "wait right there!" and ran back into the store. He quickly came out with a hot brewed coffee and delivered it to my car. Now that is excellent customer service! Josh you were exceptional! Thanks for making my day and being so friendly and thoughtful.
I only go to this location. Hayden is the nicest employee. I get the same drink every time but when he makes it, it's perfect. He definitely makes good quality drinks and is so nice! Tayden is a sweet young man as well. Good job guys!
I love beans and brews. however whenever I come to this location and order my usual revolver it always tastes burnt from here. I order the same thing and haven’t had the problem at other locations other then here. I keep thinking maybe it was a couple of flukes and every time the last couple times it has been the same problem.
This location serves food and has a driveway. The staff is always wonderful, the service is pretty quick, and it is a good location to study or work if you need to. I go here often and I have nothing but good things to say about it.
Love the associates at this place. They are always so cheerful and happy. And they always great with "how are you doing today"
The brunette lady was so nice helping my fiance try something different. Tan mocha with caramel is good she loved it and they made mine perfect for once
Lady who took my order was nice but didnt seem to care about asking how any drinks were made, or if I needed anything extra. I ordered what I wanted and made sure they knew since she didn't ask.But they man at the window has horrible customer service. Didn't say a word and didn't even say your welcome when I said thank you. I wasn't rude, or anything.Seemed like he didn't even want to hand me my change cause he'd have to touch my hand.If you dont like people, don't work in customer service. It's pretty simple
Staff was friendly and my mocha was good, but the food was a little lacking. About what you’d expect from a Beans & Brews, so no real complaints honestly.
Great coffee, as always. This location is super quick, especially in the morning. Always impressed.
