First and last time I will be setting foot at this location. Waited a half hour to get a “hot chocolate” that ends up tasting like hot water! I saw 4 cars go through the drive-thru by the time I got my order. Would choose a gas station over this place. Ridiculous!!
I ordered an iced dirty chai with 3 shots. When I got to the window they confirmed hot with me and I said no iced. Clearly they made my drink hot and then poured it over ice. I’ve never had a worse cup of coffee in my entire life. I am a barista and avid coffee drinker so I am no easily fooled. This photo was taken 5 minutes after I received my coffee iced completely melted. And I payed $10 for this! Disgusting
Lulu, Hailey & their team are the Best! These guys have stuck in there to serve me on a daily basis through the whole pandemic when other coffee houses closed down! Best crew ever! ❤
When in need of that cup of coffee in the morning because you woke up and forgot to preset your coffee pot....this is the place. Actually in my book there are 3 places, where the coffee actually tastes like COFFEE. Here they are friendly and my order is always spot on. My fave is the Caramel Cielo. Coffee served with a smile.
Drink was good but radio was too loud. My date and I were the only people there. We asked the cashier (the only person in front) to turn it down and she said yes then walked away and the radio didn't get turned down so we left, come on guys wake up!!!
Worst experience ever! I ordered hot drinks through Grubhub and they were delivered almost 2 hours later with all the hot drinks cold. Called back and spoke with a Melanie and without making an effort to make things right, she told me oh yeah! The drinks been ready for quite a while and the grubhub driver just walked in hours later to pick them up. I asked if she didn’t feel the need to change the drinks, she replied, it wasn’t my fault the morning shift took the order. Remind me who you all work for again? Bad business practice. If it’s not edible to you, the same goes for this end.
started ordering my order and before i could finish the girl cut me off and gave me my total. asked for 2 hot mr. b’s and got one of them cold, also asked for 3 burritos that we payed for but only got 2. when the girl came out to hand us our order she shoved it in my hand with an attitude. don’t recommend coming here.
