I Door Dash ice cream way more than I should. Regardless, Baskin Robbins gets the order, prepares, and packages it prior to my dasher arriving. So yes, my complaint is with Baskin Robbins.Everything had been running smoothly until about two weeks ago. The associates putting my ice cream in the bag are putting them in upside down. The way they are put in the paper bags, and I buy quarts and pints, there isn't room for them to turn around or flip over. They have been set in the bag this way. Frankly I think it is ridiculous and it is annoying to have my ice cream upside down. However that isn't really my issue. Just an eye roll.My issue is that the last couple weeks (odd how again, the last couple weeks) Baskin Robbins can't get my order right. Remember how I said I eat way too much ice cream? My order is always the same. I place the same order I always do and rather than receiving my good Ole strawberry cheese cake I have received Very Berry Strawberry (hey they were close), Cookie Dough (icky. Do people really eat this stuff?), and tonight I received Cherry Jubilee (otherwise known as vomit flavor).I don't know what changed over the past couple weeks. Maybe they have a new hire? God's way of telling me to quit my late night ice cream addiction? Maybe they are just being lazy. I don't know but someone needs to start paying attention to product placement and order accuracy.
Good ice cream - the place was surprisingly busy!
Not one person wearing a mask and people actively coughing. The employees are not wearing gloves and their are different flavorered scoops mixed in with other icecream. Very unorganized.
We had some special deal coupons so we decided to stop in and use them before they expired. We didn't have to wait, the gal was friendly & helpful with our coupons on their free app; she even gave us free samples. We left happy. I wish I could have left a tip but we'll be back! Thanks for the yummy ice cream B-R!?
Ice cream is good but the service is horrible! Every single time I’ve gone here (different days) literally like once or twice every 2-3 weeks and the employees always seem to make rude faces and act totally rude, it’s not the customers fault you are having a bad day! I’d prefer cold stone in Murray! I’ve always been greeted and they’re friendly there! They actually SMILE!
On Saturday November 6, 2021 we arrived at exactly 10:58 PM. The second we got out of the car the employees locked the doors and turned off the lights to avoid serving us. Very displeased with the fact they would so shamelessly avoid helping three more customers before closing.
Everytime I order they can never get it right. It's pretty simple just Reese's everything won't be going here anymore.

A lovely experience with the staff. Perfectly made custom strawberry daiquiri. I would suggest it to anyone if the person working knows it.
