Much like some of the other 1 star comments, it’s hit and miss when you go if they are going to be open. Understaffing is a real thing so just giving people a heads up at it could be closed when you come. Also, even when they are open often they tell you their machines are down and it’s cash only or other things like that. I don’t think the staff care cause they’re paid either way so I’m not worried about their attitude that some have mentioned, again just warning people it could be closed and even when it’s open it might be hard to even get what you want.
Excellent food, love the white cheddar Mac and cheese.It's sad that most facilities do not allow dine in anymore.
Yeahhh Buddy!! I got me a french dipped sandwich! Haaha! Bet! I really love Arby's! It's a great place to eat.. the service was pretty dang quick.. Hot! And The kiddo's loved their foods too! No fussin' at all!!!!
One of the rudest experiences I have ever had at an eating establishment. Dining room closed when clearly posted open for 2 more hours. Phone was ignored and was told [email protected]!; off through the drive thru. Will not be returning to this location, they have much better ones such as 6200 s and 5600 w, and still plan to be in touch with Kendal L. over the unprofessional treatment!
Dining room not open for some dumb reason .......... There are no mask mandates in utah closing the dining room is making the lines 100 percent longer and a joke .... You can tell the owners. Are pandering to the left
The food was great but not having the dine in open causes huge problems with wait time we were in line for 30 min and then they forgot some of our food which then we had to get back in line just to get our order correct , why are the owners not following the science.... So by the time we got home the food was cold and the sandwiches were soggy ... So we went to wendys instead down the street which was twice aa fast and acually got our order right ......
Costs a bit more, but it's always good quality food. Wish they still had potato cakes, but there is still a large selection to choose from.
Food temp was great and bacon beef french dip was yummy and fries were hot. Just too bad they only open at 5 pm due to staffing shortages.
The first arbys was closed. So I drove to this location and they did awesome other than they forgot my sandwich and I didn't notice till I got home
Good food, but remembering the dip for the French dip sandwich would definitely be a plus. Still a good sandwich, but the whole point in ordering it wasn't included. Please pay more attention in the future.
