Not a good experience here. I got the wrong change and didn’t receive a receipt in the drive thru. I ordered: a six piece spicy chicken nugget and received a four piece regular nugget, they did not take off the tomato from the chicken sandwich I ordered after I asked them to, and they also did not give us any sauces after they asked us what sauces we’d like. Try another Wendy’s or head to the Golden Arches on the other side of 4000 West.

I use Door Dash often and almost every time I order from this Wendy's they forget something, the food is cold and they almost always forget straws!!!!! My son is autistic and really enjoys Wendy's so it's frustrating!
Stopped in for a quick drink they were extremely clean and a great experience.
They always mess up your order and are the slowest Wendy's in the valley. Started using mobile ordering to try to avoid mistakes and they STILL made 3 out of 4 sandwiches wrong which sucks when your kids have allergies. And then they don't answer the phone when you try to call and resolve the issue. I'll be driving the extra mile to a better store from now on.
There’s these 2 kids that always work at window together, very friendly and gave my food fast and fresh, definitely coming back because of them.
Poor Customer Service! Asked for a large fry and they didn’t even give it to me. Needed more sauce for chicken nuggets and they only gave me one and I asked for more but he said we can only give me 2. That is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard before.
FIRST! I ordered a large coke but when they gave us our drinks there wasn't a large. When I asked them about it, they said they were out of large cups. I said "Well you still charged me for a large knowing that?"Had I not said anything, they were ok charging me something they didn't even offer.Then I got home in West Jordan ready to eat, guess what? We were shorted our meal...AFTER I reminded them of a specific item at the window. (Baconator Fries)..."No, it's all in there'!" They brushed us off because there was a line and when I asked for the receipt they said they didn't have one because they ran out of ink. They said they were having a bad day... well they just ruined mine because we didn't have enough when I got home and I sure as hell wasn't about to go back out in the cold and drive all the way back to South Jordan for a measly baconator fries! Top it off, the fries were cold.Now I'm annoyed as heck. Wendy's your service is starting to go downhill. I used choose you over McDs all the time because I felt you were a better brand, but after tonight... you're just like them. Quality and service out the window! Disappointing!!!

I ordered at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant seemed clean. My sandwich was fresh; however, the fries were cold and stale.
