Really bad service. On multiple occasions. Tonight we ordered a combo meal and a 4 for $4. They asked for drinks (even clarifying which type of lemonade we wanted -- natural or minute maid), we saw the order as it came upon the screen. When we pulled around they told us the total was much less than it should be so we asked about it. The guy at the window said we'd only ordered the combo mean. We told him we'd ordered a 4 for $4 as well and we were told no we hadn't and that if we wanted that we'd have to pull around and wait in the line and order again. They weren't willing to correct it or help us at all. They even gave us the drink we'd ordered to go with the 4 for $4 (a root beer), not the drink we ordered with the combo meal. They were really rude. It was another negative experience and reminded me why we rarely go there.
Slow service. Our fries were cold and, despite their sign promising otherwise, they would not replace them... rather, said they were "as fresh as you're going to get"... cold gross fries. Smallest portion sizes of any fast food place we have been to recently. Overall, a terrible experience. Plus they got the order wrong... gave us I correct sandwiches... we are not likely to return to this location.
This location has the worst service I've ever experienced. I've never in my life had an order messed up so badly. Every single thing on my order was wrong and items were also missing. And if you try to actually call to speak with any form of management; good luck getting ANYBODY to answer the phone. Would not recommend this location!!!
I like Wendy's! But, the last few times I've gone shopping, they've given me a low-quality sandwich, which I mean, lacks better preparation, just like their potatoes with pieces of skin, badly fried and with a lot of salt or sodium. Which could do better to keep their customers. There are many customers who cannot consume salt because it does not affect our health. I hope this review can be helpful in improving your product and keeping your customers. Please, do not salt your potatoes and whoever wants salt could give you their salt packet separately.
Great food and willing to fix a mistake made by a different Wendy's location. They forgot the chocolate milk for the little kids.
The location of this Wendy's is kind of awful. The parking isn't great, but the layout of the drive thru was clearly not planned out. There is only room for about 1 car in the drive thru before it ends up in the road blocking traffic. There are also two ways into the drive thru so it ends up forming 2 different lines (both of which block of all through traffic). And on top of that there is no good way to turn left out of the parking lot. Other than the physical location it's a decent enough place to eat. The service is quick enough but the food varies in quality. The last time we got cookies they just about broke our teeth, but the frosty was pretty good.
Normally gets things right, one of the managers (or so I think) is super energetic and helpful, but went in today on my lunch break, got a spicy Asiago ranch as I normally do, come to find out they gave me a regular chicken patty and threw jalapeños on top to "spice" it up. Was not happy, definitely ruined the sandwich, don't think that's the best place to order this if that's how they get around not having spicy patties
I have been hesitant to go back to wendys because we bought a few $10 gift cards for the kids and the first time we went to use one (different location) they said we were basically SOL because the card was declining so we needed to pay... now, I don't mind paying, but we basically were out 10 bucks that I already paid for the giftcard. My son wanted to use his today and this giftcard showed declined as well.... so the place we bought them from completely ripped us off. This experience was different though as I got upset and let them know what had happened before and now I was out 20 bucks because I was charged for giftcards that didn't work. The manager there not only applied the 10 dollar credit for the giftcard, but gave me back the extra money too (it was only 3 bucks I was paying in cash), but the fact that he took care of us as customers was very unexpected. I will def be going to this wendys as opposed to the other one who treated me as though I was lying about the giftcard.
Fries were soggy and bland. They ignored our request for a juice box in our kids meal, so my daughter got nothing to drink, I have also experienced no toy in the kids meal twice before at this location, and that is not fun to try and explain to a three year old why they didn't get a toy.. They were not friendly or inviting at all. Wish we would have gone to chick FIL a.
ones? Your typical Wendy's! The service was fast and my order was right! Food was hot and tasty and I'd return again if I'm in the area. Only reason I don't give it a 5 star was there was initial confusion when taking my order but the order was correct when I got my food
