I thought after their remodel it would be fantastic but sadly this wasn't the case. Hamburger was Lukewarm the fries were cool and the soda machine wasn't calibrated correctly it didn't have enough syrup. So it tasted like soda water.
Guy talking in the drive through was extremely loud ? and he kept messing the order up. Like 10 times. ? please train your peeps and fix that speaker.
Came in here to get food after work and didn't feel like cooking. Its 10:30 and they close at 11 so I'm like ok at least im not that guy. So I pull up to order and I'm greeted to yelling. Yay. I convinced myself at the time that the speaker was just blown but now I doubt that seeing how this location has been recently renovated. The guy at the window had some weird vibes.... Ok cool so i go home and start eating. Then I notice a strange taste and immediately spit it out. I have suspension that someone spat in my food. Like it tasted like flem. I feel super grossed out and never coming back to this location. No thanks. Like I get being mad but this is disgusting. My fiance smelled it and immediately thought something was wrong. She almost puked just smelling it. Never again. Notice the grease stain in the bag? I have never seen a grease stain like that on a bag. ??????
Dont no to this one was in the drive-thru for almost 20 mins fries are cold and look like they got put down in the fryer twice. Wont eat at this Wendy's again
While they have signs everywhere saying the drive thru is open... they speaker box does not work. Once you're in the line you are stuck... they take your order at the window then make your food so it takes forever for each order! Go anywhere else until 2022 starts.
Just picked up breakfast from this location and noticed what looks like blood on my bag of food. I only had breakfast items and no Ketchup on any of them. This is disgusting.Update: I went back to the store and the supervisor was very apologetic and gave me a refund. Giving them 2 stars for the manager correcting the problem, otherwise, it would have been just 1 star.While I was there, I did notice one of the employees had a taped finger, which kinda confirmed my suspicion.
The food at Wendy's always makes my sweetie happy and satisfied. I cannot eat anything here anymore because they don't have gluten free options but it's a go to comfort food for her and they are very good about getting every order correct and the staff is always friendly.
