Love the food, the atmosphere was nice for having dinner for sure and the staff was friendly. I got a double char on lettuce cause I love how strongly it focuses on the taste just the burger and fixings give off without the mask of a bun. I would recommend trying the Santa Barbara char too, definitely worth the trip in.
This was the worst burger I've ever eaten. The bread was stale and the meat tasted days old. I will never order from them again. They used to be good so I don't understand what happened. Ew.
You would be better off going to In and Out Burger where they actually care if your order is correct. I watched the staff at Habit mess up 2 orders and for some reason thought they wouldn’t do it to mine. Nope! I was wrong! Not only messed it up but completely didn’t care if it was wrong. Don’t ever go to this Habit. Horrible is an understatement.
My daughter got the chicken nuggets kids meal. All of her nuggets were raw in the middle. I’ve gotten salmonella from raw chicken before. After living on or near a toilet for over a week, I vowed never to eat at a restaurant that had issues serving undercooked food. Won’t return here.

The food is always really good here, but the past 4 times that I’ve come to this location the cooks have messed up my order. Plus one of the main managers (he’s tall and has glasses,) is very rude and has horrible customer service. I used to work at the habit myself so I know how everything functions and how they’re supposed to cook their food and treat their customers. It’s very easy to read the receipt and put the ingredients on a burger, so I’m not sure how they’ve managed to mess up so many times in a row.
I'm a huge fan of The Habit in general, and recently tried this location. The experience was what I've grown to expect from The Habit. Service was fast and friendly, and above all else the food was amazing. You'd be hard pressed to find a better fast food burger for the price. I'm also a big fan of their hot pepper bar, self-serve fry sauce, and their specialty drinks (like a mango lemonade, if I remember correctly). I don't care for tempura, but several people I know love their tempura green beans. Overall a great quick dining option that you won't regret.
This was our first time trying habit burger, we did curbside- ordering was easy, they brought the food out quickly- the fries were perfect, hot, salty, and not at all soggy (like sometimes happens with pickup orders other places) the burgers were cooked perfectly, every add on I requested was added on- flavor was great! We will definitely be back!!
The best burger joint in West Jordan! They are super clean, amazing food, and amazing staff. They also have green tea on tap! Which no other fast food restaurant serves, that I'm aware of. Prices are typical but worth it!
