I went to this Taco Bell, and they were out of most food and limited what you could order. How about you put up a sign in your drive thru communicating that to customers instead of making them wait behind everyone else.Taco Bell is suffering hard. This happened before the pandemic so I can’t blame it on supply chain issues.
If I could give it zero stars then I would. This location used to be a good place as it was close to my house and every time now that I come, they tell me that they aren't taking orders. They don't have a sign up stating that and so I have to slowly make my way out of the line. If I want to get Taco Bell, I have to go to the one on 70th.
Came here at 1130 to get food. Hours say ita open until 12. They apparently decided they were closed for the night. Blocked off the drive through and we watched them lock the doors to go inside. This isn't the first time we've come here and they've closed before their hours state they should be. I feel like Taco Bell might want to be aware that their employees are turning away business before their location is supposed to be closed.
Best taco bell in the area for my mid week quick lunch. The staff is nice and the food is as fresh as it can be for taco bell standards. When I visit other T-bells in the area, I am often disappointed by the temperature and quality of the food. Unmelted cheese where it shouldn't be, stale and dry tortillas, etc. I've had pretty good luck with this location. Rarely disappointed. Give these workers a raise
Went for breakfast one morning, an hour after they opened. I ordered my food and went to the window to wait.5 minutes later, the girl comes out to tell me their fryer isn't heated up yet. I was okay waiting, even if it was gonna take half an hour. I had nothing to do, and continued to wait. She regularly came back saying it wasn't ready, and she had no idea how long it would take to warm up to temp.Several things are wrong with this scenario, listed in no particular order of importance:1. I successfully placed the order at the drive thru intercom and wasn't told til I got to the window and waited several minutes that they weren't ready to make my food.2. This means they've served nothing for over an hour since opening.3. Somehow, after being open for over an hour, NO ONE had any clue that their fryer wasnt ready? Really?? Hmm. I doubt that.4. Cars were being turned away as I waited for my food, ADMITTEDLY by the staff at the window, for several different reasons. On top of that, this location is regularly closed early. I ordered online recently and went to pick it up at 10:30pm to find the store was completely closed already. No one inside. Hours were supposed to be til 11pm that night.Lastly, this particular complaint is not really the individual store's fault, but they have no way to help you with an online order. So if you place an order at the wrong store, or they're CLOSED EARLY, you're SOL unless you call Taco Bell customer service, who only seems to offer gift cards instead of refunding your money for food you never got.Avoid this place at all costs.
Employees not friendly. We asked the cashier at the DT window to repeat our order. She had missed two of our items we had ordered, she added them to the order. Then we paid for our order, one of the male employees passed out our order and said next time you can't add on at the window. I found that very offensive.
One of the good locations. Even with lines out the drive through, they got the food out in good time.
5 star staff. These people deserve a raise
If it says “come on in and dine with us” on the door and the doors are locked then you might want to take that sign down. It’s false advertisement. Arbys was happy to open the door and take our money. You need better management
Pulled up to the drive-thru and was told they're only taking online and doordash orders. Not cool Taco Bell. Every time I've worked food we've turned off the third party ordering to help the customers that we're actually at the building. McDonald's was more than happy to take my money.
