This Taco Bell was once great. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. I ordered four burritos and four tacos. The food made me sick ?. It did not seem to be very fresh. I returned the food and received horrible customer service from a general manager named Karen Franco. She was very hesitant to give me a refund on the food that I returned to her. She proceeded to make a phone call to figure out how to do a refund. This leaves me confused, due to the fact that she is a general manager yet still needed assistance on how to do a refund on a meal. I do not suggest going to this Taco Bell until New Management is in place.
this place is incredibly hit or miss. i paid 30 for my food and was given half my order and the nacho cheese for my fries was less than half filled plus the fries were cold and soggy. the only good thing about this place can be the costumer service and from time to time it’s not even that good. i have talked to managers before hand about my experience and they’re unprofessional about it. i also got the crunchy tacos and the lettuce literally had ice on it lol. again the quality of food and service is hit or miss and i can’t immediately blame the employees but the managers should do a better job of making sure orders are going out correctly, food is edible and that they are trained on how to properly handle costumer complaints.
On 2 separate visits I have been unknowingly charged full price for happy hour freezes. Today I asked for a receipt for this very reason and caught it. Usually I’ve had positive experiences at this location but this kind of scamming of customers is not okay. Will probably go to another location to avoid this from happening again. Always ask for a receipt!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Food was undercookedCalled the manager her only response was a laugh and pretend to not speak any English then put me on hold. I ordered the nacho cheese box (which came with no cheese ?) no drink either 7$ for that freeze.I find the manager highly unprofessional, my 7 yr has more manners then her. As a business owner, I can’t believe someone like that is in charge.
They advertised that the nacho fries were back, then had a small sign INSIDE the store saying they were out. My biggest complaint is that they discontinued the items I always ordered. The tostada is gone, the nacho Supreme is gone. Pretty soon they won't even have tacos on their menu. They may have to change their name to crunchwrap bell (which are soggy and gross). I will never go to taco bell again.
OK, this is a 5-star fast food review. I'm not comparing Taco Bell to the Dodo. Food is always fine. Service is friendly and usually quick. They are sometimes short staffed. Restaurant is usually very clean.
Very quick and efficient! Employee Yoshi went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied and deserves some recognition. Thank you, i recommend this location (as long as yoshi is working). will leave another review on the tell the bell website.
The food was garbage. They barely put any meat in the crunchwrap supremes. I suppose this is how Taco Bell saves money now, by scrimping so hard that they barely even give you the food you order.
The app used for Taco Bell isn’t very good yet. A mistake was made, manager was there and solved the problem quickly.Their food is always good with employees friendly but as we all know Covid has made perfect service almost impossible. Be patient and you will be happier
I was sent here to pick up a doordash Get ordered when I got there the front doors were locked so I went through the drive-through. They told me that the order wasn't quite ready and to pull to the front of the store and somebody would bring it out to my car once it was finished. I waited about 5 minutes Somebody had come in and locked the door so I went in and the order had just been sitting on the counter it counter I told the employee imply that somebody had told me to pull around front and they would bring it out to me once the order was was finished. The girl's response was well we're short short staffed so… I responded well somebody told me that they would bring it out if this wasn't the case then They should have told me to come get it inside.
