We really enjoy the fun drink combinations and fresh, friendly faces at Sonic...this location is closest to our house, so we go there, and yes, there are always lots of kids there. But the atmosphere is one of fun! I think when you go to Sonic, one needs to know, going in, that they do hire younger kids. For many, it is their first job, so screaming at them isnt helpful.That being said, we've never had issues, like what so many are complaining about. All I really feel like saying is that I am grateful for these kids who ARE willing to have a job. Yes, they may be young, but they are the ones who keep Sonic open. It troubles me, the complaints that sound incredibly petty. We ARE in a pandemic. For me, at least, I am used to stores being in short supply on things, occasionally. Most restaurants are also very short handed with help. Also, it doesn't help to yell at these kids who are trying to help you. Please be kind and grateful-it will get you a lot farther and, afterall, if it weren't for these "kids" working there, your local Sonic might have to close down. Please keep up the good work, Sonic!
It is insane to come here and spend $25 for a couple of cold super sonic burgers and ice cold fries. My burger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt slightly. My husband asked them to bring me a fresh burger, they brought out a child's size burger (also cold) on the huge sonic bun. Guess they didn't think I would notice.Sonic owes us a refund for the garbage they served tonight, because that is where it all ended up uneaten and in the garbage. This is how people end up getting food poisoning.I would rather wait 15 minutes for a fresh burger to be cooked than have a rotten one in five minutes. Doesn't anyone care about quality, it isn't like this garbage is cheap!
Was the second car in line, ordered a strawberry shake, pulled forward where in that area you can see them prepping the food and what not, I sat there for 25min without moving... Watching bunch of young guys come in and out not working but helping themselves too the drinks, fries, shakes... Joking and talking with the actual employees. I gave up on waiting, drove over to chik fil a and got my strawberry shake within a minute...
Haven't been to a Sonic in years so I was very happily surprised with the quality of my double cheeseburger. Great seasoning, quality beef, and the bun was awesome! Servers were quick and polite as well.
Got sonic blast and they are just ice cream with the toppings on top, not mixed at all. I wasn't informed that the machine was broken or anything. This sonic is never good. Not the service, not the food. Don't waste your time and go to a different location. I assumed they could get a milkshake right but not even that..
I got my food thrown at me by a boy with glasses and blond hair. I just asked for sauce…… this is unexceptable behavior.
I've never had service this terrible. A staff full of young kids that ignore customers. I usually love Sonic food, but the buns were hard like they were sitting in the open air all day long. My order to feed 2 took 25+ mins to make. I will not be going back to this Sonic.
Immature kid was working the drive thru and was rude answering my husband questions. He then rudely tells husband to speak up. Then tells him the price- before we drive up to pay, worker left speaker on and laughs saying "yeah, I told him to speak up"We will not be coming back to location because this has happened many times.
While ordering it would go silent like nobody was there and a couple times I even heard sighs of annoyance. By the end I said "that should be it" and it remained silent for a solid three minutes so I said it again a little louder in case they couldn't hear me and she said, "give me a minute, god!" I responded with "oh okay, sorry" she then told me my total and I said thank you and pulled forward. It took them 20 minutes to bring out my two sandwiches and while reading off my receipt they said, "a small m&m and cookie dough blast" and I said yeah but when they gave it to me it had no m&ms. When I asked where they were he said they were at the bottom. Not once did I find an m&m
Did not give me all of the sauce that I wanted , prices are too high, and the service didn't make me feel like a valued customer.
