If your latino/si eres latino: This place is not good. I just paid $15 for 2 juices that don't taste like real fruit at all.Might as well go to a Latin restaurant and ask for juice there. Way overrated
Went to Roxyberry at 8am when they opened and someone didn't get there until 815... I'm like hello? Bit smoothies are always good. Just sucks they aren't reliable on opening.
First time here. The Acia bowls are the best.
I wanted to update my review. Two out of three times, I had excellent service by the two employees who worked here a year ago.. They were very attentive and provided delicious tasting smoothies and yogurt bowls.The third time I went recently and the service was terrible. However, the owner Linda called me up directly to listen to my concerns and apologized for the service. She even offered to replace our smoothies. That is beyond exemplar customer service!!Many times when you leave a non 4 or 3 star review ( 2 or 1 star), the manager and/or owner doesn't even bother to address your concerns. Instead, they only want to respond to positive feedback. Not the case here! This establishment wants to address and improve all concerns the customers' makes.I would recommend giving this place a try, since we did have great service twice and on the third time, our concerns were addressed. We greatly appreciated that.
Roxberry has so many yummy smoothie flavors! You really can't go wrong with any of them. The LOL lime is super refreshing and their all fruit and veggie ones are great too. keep your eyes out for coupons, they have them often!
Went in a couple weeks ago (4/18/2022) Roxberry has really good smoothies. However, I ordered when it looked like one of the employees was about to leave. After 15 minutes, an employee got my attention and asked if I have been helped, almost like my order ticket got misplaced. I wasn’t sitting there just to sit there; went in on my lunch break and was on a time crunch already. I will probably order online next time.

Very first time coming here. Got the ocean breeze. So far it’s delicious
Give yourself plenty of time. We were lucky and was the only car in the drive thru. It took 35 mins to get 1 smoothie and 1 Hawaiian bowl. I had already paid and was stuck. Noone ever came to the window to offer an explaination or apology for the wait. The smoothie was good, and they did end up giving us a free smoothie on our next visit for the wait. Honestly there are other smoothie places and a free smoothie is hardly worth the 30 plus minutes to get it. The gesture was nice, but hardly worth it. From the reviews I read while waiting for my smoothie seems like this has been an issue for some time. I won't be back anytime soon.
Update:I originally wrote a three star review. However after speaking with Linda and her prompt response and professionalism. I am gladly changing this to a five star. Linda was fantastic. I will be returning thanks to her!Good smoothies but they close their drive thru and make you order off the app all the time! If I see the drive thru is closed I just leave. I'm sure they lose a lot of business this way.
