First time there I didn't know what to expect. I got the black cherry with the soft serve and my husband got the blue raspberry. Both where very good.
Closed 10 minutes early and the two teenage girls running the place stared at their watches as we stood at the door. Do not recommend. Nielsens is better anyway.
I was super pumped to see this gem in Utah. The last time I've seen a Rita's was in Clearwater, Florida. So this must be a chain and in this instance, I'm cool with.As always, my go to is their Gelati which is Vanilla Custard with Mango Italian Ice layered in.Omg what an amazing dessert treat! Now did I need the large? No that was a big mistake as it was too late for me to have sugar but at the moment, I was filled with joy!!Again, located in a strip, you'll be able to find parking.Man I do this spot!!
Went to get a gift card that I was charged tax on, I have never been charged tax when purchasing a gift card, usually you get the card for the amount for the cash value?? The employee was very unhelpful, she barley could be bothered to wait on us! The soft serve custard machine was broken, such a disappointment. Love the Rita’s in AZ.
The place is always very dirty! Please clean it!!
We ordered through door dash, and received the wrong orders. We proceeded to call the store and they said they switched the door dash orders up, and that was very frsutrating, given that we live 30 minutes from the establishment. The receipt on the bag was ours, but the order was not ours. This is not the first time this has happened. We called the store and went in to get our original orders remade, and they let us take the other ones as well.
Literally my favorite place ever. I would eat here every day if I could!
Still love this place. Everything is always great.
Soooo yummy wish they had one downtown. Be nice to the kids working there they are doing their best.
The competition domes the top of the cup.. it would be cool if you did too.
